I have been using Santa Fe Express plumbing services for around three years, starting in a rental house and continuing to use their assistance later on for my home. They are prompt and expedient in response, very professional and reasonable, and trustworthy on pricing; I would recommend them to friends and family without hesitation if they need plumbing repair

Laid new gas line. Checked all gas fed appliances. They were quick, on time/early, & thorough. They went above and beyond by lending me an electric water heater so that I had hot water over the weekend ..until the impending inspection. These guys and the company...rock!! Thank you!!

What kind, knowledgable people. I was having issues with my hot water as well as my heat from mini-splits and they were so incredibly helpful and thorough. They immediately had a number of ideas about what was going on when I explained it, were able to explain what they were doing as they went, and solved the problem quickly. And again, were so kind and respectful of my space and time. Highly highly recommend.

I have been a landlord for over 30 years and from time to time plumbing problems come up at my rentals. By the far the most vexing is a sewer back up. I have tried many plumbing firms over the years but only Santa Fe Express Plumbing & Drain always shows up in a timely manner when a tenant has a backed up toilet/sewer line and they always do a good job.

We had to repipe our home. These guys were professional, honest, and did everything they could to make a bad situation better. I would definitely use them again!!

Robert Martinez, apparently the/an owner, came out to my house on an emergency basis, two days before Thanksgiving, on less than a day notice, to fix my Burnham Series II boiler, which had stopping heating my house in consistent below-freezing early-morning weather. The problem turned out to be just the pilot light, which he re-lit; and he did some other small services, all for less than $140, including tax.

I had been using Road Runner out of Albuquerque, but they couldn't get to my house for more than ten days! Fortunately, I found a reference to Robert in some old notes on my computer from 2015. He was thoroughly honest, prompt, courteous, professional and helpful—one of those good local *independent* contractors who are getting increasingly rare these days. Best of all, he picked up the phone in person, by the third ring. From now on, he will be my first call for plumbing and heating.

We've had SFEP out to repair/maintain our swamp cooler and gas furnace. They have been superb! They communicated with me, offered advice on less expensive alternatives and what I could do, as home owner. Their prices are very reasonable. We will hire them again!

Robert and his guys are skilled, prompt and knowledgeable. Only plumber I’ll ever use in sf.

Scheduled an appointment with this company to have our evaporative cooler looked at and confirmed the appointment with the company to meet at our home in New Mexico. Because we are from Texas and my husband drove 6 hours to meet with them at the house between 8:00 - 9:00am yesterday, Wednesday. They didn't show up. My husband spoke with the technician and they sent us an estimate. And my husband and I have called and left several messages to get the repairs made while there is someone at the house in New Mexico. After several calls and messages by phone and text yesterday and this morning. The company has not called back! They can't even give a courtesy call to let us know when they can do the job. Very disappointed with this company. We specifically told them we were having to travel from Texas and they can't give a call back!

For some reason, part of this might be in German. Robert has done plumbing services for me three times in the last two years I am 100% satisfied every time.
