Our vacation home had multiple problems. Hubbell Electro was hired to do the work. John, the owner, told me his company could and would do the job. First class, high class work. Top of the line. The job was not easy, replacing all the piping plus AC and heating. John and his team went the extra mile for us. A true man at his word and when the job is finished, someone you will call a friend....

Highly recommend Hubbell for plumbing, heating, and A/C. These guys know what they're doing and their conduct is polite and professional. My furnace needed to be re-built in a narrow space that made it a challenging job. Another contractor tried and failed. Then I called Hubbell, and they sent a master plumber who did a great job. I've been using Hubbell ever since and I'm consistently happy with them.

Failed to show up for three scheduled appointments without any call as to why they were not showing up. When they did show up, they charged me for the training time for the technician to discover what was wrong with my unit. After I paid the bill, they failed to respond to a basic question about their warranty. You should use another company that knows something about customer service.

Hubbell installed Mitsubishi units in our home and was most accommodating to our schedule. Our HOA is very restrictive and Hubbell saved me a lot of headache by communicating well with HOA staff.
In addition to their professionalism, I am pleased to extend that to their various subcontractors.
Given COVID, Hubbell staff and subs all wore mask. Kudos.

John Onstad, owner of Hubble, was a great resource in helping us make a decision about the size and type of unit we needed for our house. The crew that came was professional, friendly and courteous about how they treated the house outside as well as going in and out. We love our Mitsubishi units! Thank you Hubble.

I had this company install a cooling system in my house. Their crew was fast and polite, completing the work in less than a week. I have had the system for about 3 months, and it is working every bit as well as i had hoped. My entire experience with this company has been positive, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to install air conditioning.

We got a Mitsubishi mini-split heat pump unit from Hubbell Electro-Mechanical, installed just on time for a big July heat wave and WOW are we happy! John Onstad told us it would add substantial cooling to adjoining spaces. For such a small and quiet unit, it DOES, and exceeds our expectations. The installation was prompt, efficient, and altogether pleasant. Thanks to the whole crew!

And one more thing ... Before the installation, I had a week-long sneezing allergy attack. We were opening windows at night to cool the house. The day after we got the AC going and stopped opening windows, I stopped sneezing. Weeks later, still no sneezing! Again, exceeded expectations.

We just had a Mitsubishi multi-zone split heat pump system installed by Hubbell and everything about the process was top notch. The system replaced an evaporative cooler which we had used previously for about 8 years.
John Onstad, the owner of Hubbell, came out and walked through the house with us and helped us plan out the most efficient and cost effective system. We went with 1 large heat pump on the roof which powers 4 indoor fan coil units of varying capacities inside in the four rooms where we needed it most. The heat pump we chose is expandable and could power one more additional fan coil in another room in the future if needed.
The beauty of the heat pump system is that it not only cools the house in the summer, but can also provide heat in the winter as needed. All the lines for the system are neatly arranged on the roof (electrical, coolant feed lines, and evaporative line for water produced in each indoor unit during the cooling process) as is the heat pump itself and are not visible from the ground.
Each inside fan coil unit is neatly installed high up on a wall in the room it serves. The indoor units are each controlled separately by a hand held remote control so you can cool down only the room[s] you are in. They are are whisper quiet and can cool down a room pretty quickly. Nothing is visible inside the house except the fan coil units themselves.
There are several notable advantages of this type of system over an evaporative cooler: 1-individual room cooling, 2- both cooling and heating with the same system (only cooling with an evaporative cooler), 3- no usage limitations as with the EC- which can't be used when there is smoke in the outside air, or when the outside air is too humid, 4- little maintenance compared to the EC.
In short, we did our homework before going ahead with the project, and feel this is the best system on the market- and you can't go wrong using Hubbell as your dealer/installer. All facets of the job were handled perfectly, starting with John for picking out the system, Fernando and his crew for removing the EC and re-doing the skylight where that sat on, and Zakry, Loren, Walker, and Esmeliv for the expert, neat, and quick installation (2 days).
This is not an inexpensive project, but if you have a home that has no ventilation ducts and plan to stay in it for the foreseeable future, then this is definitely worth the expenditure. A 5* job by the entire Hubbell team.

What can I say about these guys? They were perfect in every way, they were polite, professional, clean and on-time. The guys really know how to install these Mitsubishi units. I thought I was going to have copper drain pipes running along my house, but not with these guys. They figured out how to come down from the roof so that NO PIPES WERE SHOWING. They've installed thousands of these units and it showed in their excellence. This was a 100% good experience. I am tough to please, but in this case I was totally pleased.

We have used Hubbell Electro-Mechanical for over 20 years. They have worked on boilers, hot water and radiant floor heating, air conditioning systems and just finished installing a gas-log fireplace.

The workers are well-trained and extremely knowledgeable. They are neat a very efficient.

Their estimates are fair and generally very close to the final cost.
