Leroy has great customer service skills and was on the ball for us. We only needed to have the water line to our evap cooler replaced and the guys that Leroy sent out were competent, polite, and on time. It was really easy to have the work done. At the end, they showed me how to disconnect the new line for the winter. Overall, would call again for any other issues that may arise.

We have used this business for 7 years now. They maintain our evaporative cooling and have also installed minisplits (climate change!). They always do do a good job.

Leroy and his team did a big job for us and everything was on time and in budget and works perfectly, ready for summer! A bonus is they painted, cleaned up everything, and took all the boxes away and I would consider them #1 out of all the contractors we’ve worked with over the years. 5 stars, definitely recommend Enchantment Refrigeration.

Replaced my hot water heater. Leroy went out of his way to give me a temporary fix until a new hot water heater could be found. He returned every call and email. He made it work with my crazy schedule. It looked very professional and clean afterwards. So appreciative.

Leroy is amazing! He took the time to explain different AC unit options to help us make the best choice. He is very responsive to messages and went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed efficiently and safely.

These guys are great. I had a 20-25 year old water heater that was leaking. They came to my house quickly, diagnosed the issue, removed the old WH and installed a new one in just a few hours. Very courteous and respectful of my house. They were also very neat, which I really appreciated!

Our furnace stopped working and we were able to consult over the phone with them to get our furnace working again. They did this without coming to our house or charging us. They were wonderful.
