After having another contractor screw up my central air they helped me quickly, fairly, and professionally fix my problem. Liked them so much I also signed a service contract with them.

I recently contacted this company due to the A/C giving me problems at my place of employment. I was fortunate enough to connect with Savannah at your office. She was so helpful, pleasant and caring. She called back when she said she would, she is a gem and in today's employment environment, you are VERY fortunate to have someone like her working for you. Kudos to your HR Person for having hired her.

I had a hot water heat circulating pump that was on its way out. I called Air Conditioning and Heating Service Company in Santa Fe. I was able to get an appointment almost immediately. Tim arrived on time and replaced the pump quickly. He then let me know that the 30 yr old expansion tank and flow valve, probably the same age as the tank, needed to be replaced. I looked at all three parts and they definitely were worn out. Instead of me having to wait without heat for several days, Tim had the parts delivered and installed within a few hours. The heating system works perfectly now.
I was surprised to learn the technician's hourly rate, in addition to 60 cents a mile round trip, started when he left the office, 25 miles away, rather then when he arrived. I'm not sure if that's common practice but I didn't pay that when the garage door tech came out to replace the garage door motor and track.
Other than that surprise, I'm very happy with the work done and recommend Air Conditioning and Heating Service Company.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with this company for many years. Early on, John could have tried to push an air conditioning unit on me but he never once did. Instead, knowing I was a budget, he helped me get the most out of my swamp cooler unit and that worked well for us through many seasons. As we began to rent out our house out when we weren't here, and as the business grew, I decided last year it was time to provide AC for summer guests. Not only for those hot weeks that Santa Fe inevitably gets, but because of potential smoke from nearby (or faraway!) wildfires, which makes opening windows a problem. I've been so grateful to have the new unit for the guests.
John can come across as gruff, but over-friendliness can be a cover for incompetence in this town, and John is anything but. Besides, true friendliness is about action and John has fielded a number of early morning calls from me over the years when I've been in a pickle.
His office staff is quick to answer the phone and responsive to all concerns. I have found his techs to be uniformly excellent.

We purchased a pair of 95% efficient heating and air conditioning units from these folks about two years ago. When negotiating for their purchase we were told that it would take 5 days to install the units and they did the job in that time. During the install the technicians did their best to keep our home clean, and left the area in our home where they were working immaculate. About 5 or 6 months after the units were installed we had some trouble with both of the heating units, which was caused by ice blocking the drain line of certain pumps. They quickly figured out what the problem was, and fixed it free of charge. The problem has not reoccurred, and both units have operated flawlessly since that minor inconvenience. We highly recommend these people. They provide a great product at a good price.

We had a great experience with these guys last summer when our AC failed. Then in the fall we called them because our boiler wouldn't come on. We cancelled the appointment for the boiler because I fixed the problem myself, but it was a good experience regardless. Very friendly on the phone and the AC repair last summer was cheap, fast, and friendly.

All of it's employees are genuinely caring and concerned for the customer. Fran is a sweetheart that manages her crew quickly and efficiently. Heidi is the parts expert and really is on top of what's needed, how quickly they can get it, and what it will cost. I had a question about the problem and addressed it directly to Jim, the president, and discovered that he was someone that I could trust would always be open to communication and accommodation, if I should ever have a need or concern.
The problem was fixed by John, within 45 minutes. He explained very clearly what the problem was, and he actually had my 'out-dated' valve in his truck, so that I didn't need to wait for it to be ordered. I have a happy history with the company, and because of their impeccable service and communication, I will absolutely remain a loyal customer! Thank you All, and Joseph who was a huge support.
