This company actual install this furnace/refrigeration unit roughly 17 years ago.

My call was returned within 30/minutes, an appointment was schedule for two hours later and the work was completed all before noon, that included picking up part needed.

That’s what I call quality service!

Last night it was 89 here in Bernalillo. AC went out. Unit just humming but no fan or chilled air. I'm thinking "We're screwed. Next 10 days are 90+ and with labor shortage, parts unavailability, etc. this is going to be a hot ugly June." My wife texted Bob at 8pm calling 'help'! Bob called back at 7:30a and said he'd be here before noon. He showed up just as he said he would. We were ready to drop $7K for a new unit but Bob said we could replace the burned out motor and we'd be good to go for a few more years. [Unit is 12 years old]. He admonished us to keep the cottonwood seeds off the filter and off he went. It's 1:27pm and I'm sitting here chilled at 73 and smiling. If you want a rock solid skilled master HVAC guru...who's also a wonderful man call Bob. This guy is as good as it gets. No kidding.

We have used Bob to service our homes AC units for over 7 years. After getting a quote from another business . We called Bob for a second opinion. He saved us a fortune the part they stated needed replaced just needed to be cleaned. We appreciate his honesty and extremely reasonable prices. Have recommended him to several friends and they as well love his work. Plus he has an A+ by the better business bureau.

Bob was awesome! He came highly recommended to me by my sister and her neighbor both. He saved my sister in the middle of one of our coldest winters when her heater went kaput, and he came out and replaced it even though it meant he worked after normal business hours. He did not disappoint. His quote was very reasonable, and even when he encountered a difficulty caused by a too small space for the smallest heater, he came up with a great solution, that created a lot more work for him and his crew, but he only charged me a little extra, and it was totally worth it! He had great advice and was able to answer all of my questions, and watching how he mentored and encouraged his employee to pursue more certifications as they worked was very encouraging to hear. You could tell he truly cared for the well being of his employee and for his customers. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Bob, owner of Polar, was recommended by our plumber, our air conditioner was not working. He was on time and fixed our unit without any additional parts. And he didn't charge for the call since it didn't involve any parts. We will use him again!

Polar is a great professional service. I had my unit installed 6 years ago and called for a service call and they came over the next day, diagnosed the problem explained to me the issue, replaced the part in less than 90 minutes. I will not call anyone else.

I am confused with other reviews and sorry they had a bad experience because we had nothing but fantastic service from beginning to end.
The first real cold weekend we decided to shut down swamp coolers and turn on furnaces. One worked while other one did not. I called around and on same day weekend, noone was avail. I went on Nextdoor App and found Bob. He was able to be here within the hour and he and my husband chatted while he investigated the problem. My husband is very handy and never let's a serviceman out of his site, due to fears of being scammed. Bib found the issue, discussed the options and was back on Monday as scheduled and we were good to go. The price was less than he estimated and he was friendly the entire time. We recommend and will use again if needed.

I do not recommend this person BOB, or his company. He is RUDE and unreliable! He arrived then he promptly left my home to get a motor. After two hours I called him - he never called me back, and never returned! When I called to inquire of his absence he YELLED at me saying, " If you don't want me to come back, GOOD LUCK lady with your cooler! " I never said anything about not coming back. I recommend that he have public relations training, he is unprofessional, rude, undependable, and does NOT have a good work ethic! DO NOT use this trashy business! Spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere! I reported him to the Better Business Bureau.

I was having trouble with my furnace and couldn’t get anybody out to look at it for days, but when I called Polar, Bob was out that day. He was so professional and made sure that the furnace was working properly and made follow up visits to make sure that the furnace was up and running.

Bob is the owner and came to my house with a co-worker the same day I called. He was professional, confident, and a cool guy. He quoted a price to swap from a swamp cooler to HVAC that was VERY reasonable. He came back the very next day and installed the new system for the same price he quoted. We left town for a few weeks after the installation. I noticed a minor issue with the system that one of his electricians missed. I called Bob. Within 30 minutes he was at my house with his co-worker and fixed the minor issue in 5 minutes, for free and without hesitation. I am very happy we called Polar and we are extremely happy with our new system!
