We had just moved here in March and didn’t know who to call when the hot weather started. The guys we found online didn’t inspire a ton of confidence. After they serviced our units, the upstairs swamp never cooled anything, and we ended up buying a window
A/C to get through the summer.

Last week, one of the lower units quit working. We called Dave and he came out and inspected all three units. The previous contractor had put too small a belt on one of the units, causing the motor to burn out. They had installed a bleed line to the upper unit causing it to waste hundreds of gallons of water and that’s why it wasn’t cooling anything (not enough water reaching the swamp). In two hours he had everything fixed and my home is nice and cool. The charge was very reasonable, too.
