As always these technicians are courteous, through and clean working. In the eight years we have had Yellowbird Services working on our home and rental properties they have never tracked in debris and at the end of the service call or installation there has never been any doubt that the job was performed competently or it would be remedied immediately.

We highly recommend asking for Joe Suter when scheduling for maintenance or repairs! He has been taking care of us for a long time, and he is always very pleasant and professional. He is an asset to your company!

The service person was Gilbert C. He was very patient and friendly. He did not mind masking up for us as he entered the house. He was very proficient and professional. He answered all of our questions. I would recommend him wholeheartedly.

Abe was incredible and came to our rescue when our 13 yr. old A/C unit went out. He showed up with (2) portable units to get us through until our new A/C system was delivered. Abe explained everything in layman’s terms and the whole process was easy and efficient. Abe and Joe installed our new A/C unit, new Smart thermostat and air purifier quickly with complete professionalism. I highly recommend Yellow Bird and will recommend to my friends and family.

So far the workers that come to the house seem to do a great job. But what we were promised with our solar and AC and got are 2 different things. I don't like being told things just to make a sale. We wanted to support a "local" business but we're wondering if we did the right thing by doing so. I guess time will tell.

Yellow Bird Services were extremely professional from the first day. The A/C System, the furnace and the Solar panels were installed and inspected in record time. We are currently awaiting the City's final approval and instalation on the Solar meter. I am happy with Yellow Bird and its services.

HVAC new in June 2022.$8000. It was with difficulty. They cut my electric wires and took them 6 days to get it fix. Turned heat on Oct 25 2022 . Set my fire alarm system off. They refused to come look at it.

Long story short..I had this company install a complete HVAC system 2 years ago. After paying in full up front and being lied to over and over by the employees in the office it finally got installed 3 months later. I dealt with Ivory and Erik and even spoke with the owner, Rocky, who also didn’t really seem to care. Because of their incompetence, I was told by Erik, the office manager or something at the time, that I would be given an extra year on my free service and maintenance. I called today, 2 years later, to get my last service visit scheduled and was told by Joe(think that was his name) the new office manager that they were not going to honor that commitment. Why would I have expected anything else from this poorly run, incompetent company.

They take your money up front then put you on the back burner!!! The cheap price is not worth the sub-par work and horrible customer service! STAY AWAY!
