The service man, Gilbert was incredibly professional. He identified the problem, arrived on time, told us when it could be fixed, and gave us a maintenance deal that will benefit both our heating and cooling system. My furnace stopped working. I called another company who could not come out to check it for 4 days. Temperatures were very cold so I called Yellow Bird. Abraham & Joe came out the same day. The bad news was I needed to replace the entire unit. The good news is they could install it the next day and they got my unit to limp along for that night. I was impressed with their attitudes and service. Everything was explained to me in clear terms and the work was completed as promised. This company and these techs were wonderful. I will definitely use them again.

We had a new A/C unit installed on our son's house. They dumped the old unit on city property behind his house. Nothing in the contract stated that removal of the old unit was to be done by the customer. Codina stated today that there was no personnel to remove old unit. Excuse me!! You had the crane and trailer to install the new one. No excuse.

I'm not very happy with this company, there communication to the customer is very bad. I've been paying for solar panels that are not even connected fully. I was promised a refund check, that I still have to go out of my way to get a status on. I understand it takes time to get certain permits. But they lack so much communication and there's always a different excuse. The sales guy promised so much stuff and pride to this company and all I saw is nothing but issues and frustration.

Hector and Jose were great! They were super professional and friendly. I still have solar panels that need to be installed but if it’s like this experience, I’m not worried. 10/10 recommend

One year later and solar panels have not been connected. Have to constantly call them since they don't return phone calls. Continue to fail El Paso Electric inspections since they dont follow required specs. Misleading sales tactics promising lower electrical bills and tax rebate.Would not recommend this company.

They took a long time to have it installed, problems occured, but with jeremy Operating Manager, he got all things going, and and my solar power is working, questions were asked and he answered all , I am very happy with it.

Crew did a wonderful job installing solar panels. The office staff on the solar side could be more responsive. Management was great explained everything that would occur. On 10/7. They sent out Mario Padilla and Mathew Salas to redo my electrical box. They did a great job and were very professional. It is people like this that make a company stand out.
