Abe serviced my HVAC system yesterday, as usual, everything went smoothly. He was very knowledgeable on the system and did the required bi-annual maintenance quickly and thoroughly. I trust Abe and Yellow Bird completely.

We just installed some solar panel with yellow bird company. All the personnel were very courtious and helpful. Mr. Tyler Murphy has complied with everything they promised and always called me to keep me informed of the porcess. Mr. Eligah explained how the app and the solar panels works.

I do not recommend using this company for anything on your house this has been a terrible experience almost from the start. The sales person who came out was very professional and answered all of my questions and concerns, Who no longer works for this company. I started looking for places to install my ac unit because the old duct work was falling apart I took out all the old duct work and decided to call these people to install an ac unit and all new duct work adding some ducts to rooms that didn't have ducts, so half the job was already completed with the old ducts removed I still payed FULL PRICE!!!!!. about 4 months later I still don't have filters for my ac unit even though the user guide tells the size of the filters they have no clue what size goes in it
when the inspector came out for the inspection I was told that there work is usually terrible and of course they failed some parts of the inspection so they had to come back out to make corrections but ended up causing issues and a water leak in the new celling that i just put up
so i had to call them out again to fix that while the tech was finishing up fixing the leak in the celling the inspector showed up and asked for his license witch he DID NOT have on him and was told he needed to stop working????
i was told by the sales person that the swamp coolers on my roof would be removed and the holes filled in and re roofed along with the electrical cables and vents removed for the old unit. That still has not happened they came and removed the swamp coolers and just caped those off that is not what I payed for.
this past week has been a pain from all the rain and now I have leaks in my roof from the work they did running new vents to the other room and removing the swamp coolers
i called to have this fixed asap because it was raining in my house literally. they sent out a tech to fix the one leak witch is probably not actually fixed because he was here for about 45 minutes and he did not fix the dry wall celling in that room and now I'm wondering how much I'm going to have to pay for a professional to come out and fix their screwups so the problem does not get worse and does not cause more damage

One of my vents does not have a good flow and when i had to go in the attic to find the leaks this company made i found a collapsed duct as well
This company has terrible Punctuality, and Quality of work DO NOT USE THEM if you DONT want your house damaged

Had a problem with my HVAC shutting down and thermostat turning off. I thought it was thermostat going out. Abe Guerra from Mesilla Park Services came out and checked the system and determined the issue was the condensation pump being clogged and he was able clear the line and get everything working again for minimal cost. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing to my Dad who was there at the house.
I would highly recommend Mesilla Park Services for repairs or getting a new unit.

Eligah Hunter lll is very respectful and knowledgeable and dependable. He was able to get out solar panels working correctly and helped us understand how they work. He is the best. Keep up the good work!!!

dan and his crew were great. on time professional.whent above and beyond doing the installation of the steel structure.

We went with Yellowbird because we wanted a good company to do the install, it took them 1.5 years to finally get power to our shop, now we are paying the bill can't get the solar panel installation finalized. You may want to do more research before chosing this company for a solar installation.

I had their technician, Abe, come by for the regular maintenance on my new geothermal system. He did a thorough job checking for any possible issue - everything was perfect. He was very knowledgeable and was more than happy to answer my questions. I trust this company completely.

From Ivan coming and giving us the quote to Brian, Izzy, Sergio and another guy that I didnt catch his name that came and installed everything, our experience was impeccable. We had the HVAC system installed a week from purchase and it took about 2 days from start to finish. Izzy and Brian stayed till 730pm to get the job done 100%. Sergio came after 5pm the first day to look at some outlet issues we were having in a room. He fixed the issue temporarily then came the next day to fix it completely. Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and wanted to get the job done right. Even the lady receptionists were attentive to my many calls. If you're looking to transition from swamp cooler to refrigerated air don't hesitate to give Yellow Bird a call.
