Chris was outstanding. He went above and beyond to fix my AC he was sent out to replace a switch and while he was there he asked how the system was working and when he found out it was having trouble cooling he made sure that it was completely working before he left. He has a level of customer service that is rarely seen and is greatly appreciated.

Patrick was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He arrived on time(even earlier than expected) and serviced the furnace in a timely manner. I will definitely use this company again, and I am considering purchasing and having a new heating and cooling system installed by them.

I have been using Yellow Bird for several years. I have a service contract with them. They sent a technician twice a year to check out the system. I have been completely satisfied each time. Joe Suter has been the technician several times now and does a very thorough job. I like having the continuity of the same person. I began using Yellow Bird when the HVAC system developed a problem. They quickly arrange a service call and fixed the problem within a short period of time. I highly recommend them for all heating/AC needs.

Hector was awesome!!! He came out ASAP and was very friendly and knowledgeable yet he explained to me what exactly was going wrong with my AC. Considering it’s over 100 degrees out and was just about there in my house he had my best interest in mind and was working as quick as possible to get my ac back on. Even my service dog was a fan of him!!

I had a problem with my air conditioner after hours yesterday, called this morning, and Hector arrived on-time, assessed the situation, explained what had happened, gave me an estimate, got the necessary parts, and had all the work completed and my house cooled again within 2 hours! Whew! I have used Yellow Bird for over five years and am totally pleased. I'm so happy I got rid of my swamp cooler and have spent the last five years enjoying my summers!!

Joe did a fast and professional job. He cleaned the AC unit outside and made sure I was able to use the heater. Joe also checked the water lines to make sure there was nothing leaking. Great service!

I purchased a geothermal system in December 2016. There have been many problems with the unit although the service from One Hour has been adequate. My main concern is that I had complained about possible Freon leaks during the initial two year period and was repeatedly told that there wasn’t a leak. At the last visit this spring for the system startup, the Freon was extremely low and I was charged approximately $80 to add Freon. The technician, Joe, was extremely helpful but I am concerned that there is indeed a Freon leak and as I have now sold my house I am concerned that the new owners will continue to have this problem.

Abraham Guerra was the maintenance responder to my residence on behalf of yellow bird services. He was professional and thorough.

JD came to my house to do my inspection for heating! He was very professional, personable and respectful. My 3 year old daughter was there with him asking him all kinds of questions and he laughed with her and answered all of them! Never seemed annoyed or frustrated! It was such a great experience!
