I made several calls to have the heater fixed over the course of four months. Never got a return call. When I did get through, I set up an appointment for them to come out and fix the heater. They never called, never followed up and never showed up. This isn't even about customer service, it is about having enough integrity not to lie to a potential customer. I strongly encourage others to find someone else to do the work.
