Joe A. Did an excellent job diagnosing the problem with my refrigerator water dispenser. He was able to look to see that they had the part in the warehouse and scheduled a follow up the next afternoon to install. He even cleaned behind the refrigerator while he was back there installing the part.

So Bella’s is always quick and responsive. Joe, my service man, had to make two trips to evaluate and then repair my dryer. He was kind, he explained everything he did, and why the dryer was broken. It quiet and good as new now!
