Energy 1 replaced my water heater promptly. I was without hot water for 3 days. Every other company I called was not only charging $100 just to come check out my water heater but also couldn't schedule an appointment for me for weeks. They didn't care that I had no hot water. I called Energy 1 and Wiley came out that day at no charge. He gave me options and quickly sent workers the next day. I would absolutely use them again in the future and will highly recommend them to everyone. I will use Energy 1 for all of my future HVAC needs and will not give business to the other companies that didn't care that I was without hot water in November.

A big thank you to Energy 1, LLC for repairing our AC. This was a warranty issue with LENNOX, since the unit was only two years old and under warranty until 2030. Wiley Levang was our service manager who received the job from Choice Home Warranty on May 30th, 2023 and stayed on top of ordering the part and sending the broken coil back to LENNOX. The delay was on the part of LENNOX, where the replacement part sat in their warehouse for several days before mailing it to Energy 1, LLC. Communication was constant, with Wiley staying in contact with LENNOX and letting us know the progress every step of the way. The part was finally delivered on Tuesday, Jun 20th 2023 and we had the installers making the repair early Friday morning, Jun 23rd. We are now cool and comfortable in three-digit Las Cruces, NM temps, and are very grateful to have Energy 1 LLC taking care of us. Thanks again!

My AC went out and when I called Energy1 late in the day, Wiley was very responsive and came out the very next morning to fix my AC. He was on time, very professionally, and didn’t charge an extreme fee as other company’s were quoting me for the same service. I was truly impressed and highly recommend this company.

Extremely professional and wonderfully multidisciplinary. A friend in real estate uses this guy for everything, and now I see why. It’s nice to work with someone who is punctual, very bright, skilled, and trustworthy. We had a pretty complex problem and these guys were able to find it after multiple other plumbers and electricians failed to figure it out. It’s a weird old building with strange features, but Wiley and my contractor were able to develop a creative solution very quickly and for less than half of what we expected to pay. We’ve hired Wiley to do electric, HVAC, and plumbing and he’s done a superb job with all of them, and found solutions for us for other small problems along the way. We feel extremely fortunate to have found Wiley and recommend him most highly. He has saved us a lot of headache, time and money.

AMAZING! I highly recommend Energy 1! Wiley and his team are professional, prompt and officiant. They do great work. From the moment he came to give an estimate to ending the job went smoothly. We had an old swamp cooler, they changed it out to a new air conditioning and heater. The price was accurate. They go above and beyond on there job performance.

I've had the pleasure of utilizing Wiley's services for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing needs at our new house, and I honestly could not recommend Wiley enough. Wiley has always been honest and a good person. He is very good at his craft. He would drive an hour and a half if I was in a pinch to fix whatever I had broken. Being the executive chef at a five star lodge in the middle of nowhere in Montana it is difficult to find that type of service. Wiley and I designed our new kitchen at the lodge a few years back and the compliments I get when guests walk in the kitchen is satisfying. I was bummed when he told me he was moving.

We were referred to Energy LLC 1 by our real estate broker. We had many miscellaneous jobs to be done in our new home prior to moving in. We were so pleased as to how everything was done & completed.

We interviewed several HVAC companies in the area. Wiley with Energy 1LLC was The most professional contractor that we interviewed. His prices were very reasonable and his communication skills were top notch. We went ahead and chose Energy 1 LLC to perform our installation of a air conditioning system and removal of a evaporative cooling system. While they were in the middle of the repair they recommended cleaning of our air ducts. The duct system was very dirty and they did a phenomenal job cleaning them. We are 100% satisfied with the quality and professionalism of the install. They completed the entire job done in one day as promised. Everything is working perfectly. They cleaned up after themselves and left our house spotless. I highly recommend Energy 1 LLC for any type of HVAC repairs or installations that you may need in the Doña Ana County area and beyond.

I asked for suggestions on Facebook and received about 25. Of those 25 3 were to this company. Instead of waiting for my communication Energy LLC inboxed me and offered to go check it out same day. Even accommodating my works hours. The next day Energy LLC arrived early, came prepared for my type of unit. research typical units used in my area and brought parts prepared to fix common issues with my unit and based on my description. Within an hour My AC was working again after few parts needed replacing and upgrading. Very inexpensive... Other places wouldn't have been able to see me for 5 days. THANK YOU ENERGY 1LLC.
