I had a great experience with Z Mechanical. The work was done well and the price was reasonable. They replaced two old shower valves in our 1982 built home. Scheduling was easy and I got a text when they were on the way. The job ended up being rather difficult given the access and old plumbing so Steve called in some extra help and they finally got it done after 6pm. They said they'd come back the next day to install the access panels which had been purchased by the shop that day and sure enough, Phil showed up the next morning at 8:30 panels in hand to finish up the job. Both Steve and Phil were great, answered all my questions, and cleaned up when they were done. Thanks guys!

I used them a few times but not anymore! I would give them one star but Jesse is a good plumber. Dealing with the secretary Tavita is a headache. I was on their schedule for two weeks, Tavita calls the day before appointment and says they need reschedule. Then made it seem like it was my fault when I was unable to accommodate.
If they make a mistake you better be ready to pay up. They will not admit fault, and have no problem charging you again for a job that was supposed to be done the first time. Compromise is not an option for Tavita, and she can be very rude and insulting. Go elsewhere

I had a leak in my boiler and they were very good about getting the problem fixed quickly. I appreciate the prompt, local service.
