Ive never had a better experience with any other plumbing company. I'm a 1st time home buyer and my water heater from '98 was on the verge of bursting and costing me a lot of money and stress. Donovan took the time to make sure I had everything I needed. He even gave me advice about what I need to do with my furnace before winter and additional future upgrades for my water heater if I were to sell. Very reasonable price for a single income household with 2 small kids. His brother (I never got his name) was so nice on the phone and made me feel better about the whole thing. They did an excellent job and I'm going to be recommending them. Hopefully nothing else goes wrong here, but if it does I'll be calling again!

Rick's was called after another company replaced three parts on the air conditioner and then tried to say it's how the thermostat was being used. Rick's came out and fixed it the first time and, as an out-of-state landlord, he kept me up to date on everything and answered all of my questions. Outstanding work and even better customer service. Definitely give them a call if you need ac work!!!

I bought a water softener for my home and needed installed. Rick's Plumbing was very responsive and came to see the set up and give a quote. The quote was very fair. They were very courteous and easy to work with. I would definitely go with Rick's Plumbing and Heating Co again.

The workers were very professional, fast, and extremely polite and courteous. They paid attention to details and left the area very clean after verifying that everything worked as intended. The price was very reasonable.

Thomas from Rick's Plumbing showed up the first time to repair my waterheater. He did not charge for arriving on site. Spent company time to locate the needed part. Since the part wasn't available in town, he helped me order the needed part. But the replacement part didn't solve the problem. Ended up replacing the old water heater with the professional version of Rheem product line. I did verify the quality and checked the replacement and installation costs with various plumbers. Didn't find anyone to do the job better, faster and cheaper than Rick's Plumbing. The installation passed city inspection without any hitch. I highly recommend Rick's Plumming and will do business with them again.

Rick’s was very responsive and offered a great value for the work that we needed in our home. I would recommend them for any home repairs and installs. We sure appreciated Thomas and his workmanship. Great company, great service, great people! Give them a call.

Had some of the fastest service I've ever received for utility issues from this company. We had a problem with an AC unit during a hot time of year and called them. They came out right away, quickly and correctly diagnosed what was wrong, and fixed it at a good cost. We were up and running with cool air again right away. Great company, excellent service, much appreciated!!!

Rick's team cares about their customers and it shows in their work and demeanor. They went above and beyond to service my heating unit this past week, and our family would use them again without skipping a beat. Knowledgeable, attentive and caring - call them if you want great service.

Short reason: Serious issues with communication. Never responded to voicemails and all requests to call back.

I had the misfortune of interacting with Rick's as the home warranty company that came with my new home use them as default contractors. In spite of the fact I was planning on using them to upgrade the existing heating and cooling system (to AC from evap) which they were aware of, they suddenly became completely unresponsive to all phone calls and voicemails.

No one answered at the company line over 3 weeks of calling approx 4x per week, and no one called back after leaving detailed voicemails each time over that time period. I have a newborn child and our issue was a broken furnace, I informed them of this and still, there was no contact. It required escalation with the home warranty company who eventually had to leave an ultimatum with the company (service this or you will no longer be a contractor with us) when finally "Rick" the supposed owner, emailed me asking if they could show up in a day to do the work. When I responded via email that yes they could, there was no confirmation they would arrive, let alone an apology.

While the worker who did arrive did his job properly , I cannot recommend enough against EVER doing business with Rick's. The blatant unprofessionalism in screening their calls (as another review insinuates and I confirm) and not responding to calls for service is atrocious. Stay far away from this trash contractor.

Emerson on the phone was helpful, friendly and efficient.

Jorge who came out, diagnosed the problem and ultimately fixed the broken heater motor was knowledgeable, fast and friendly.

They answered my phone calls, updated me on the progress of the home warranty case and ultimately got my heating fixed in under 36 hours.

Love supporting local business and will use their services again!
