I was having an issue with my boiler not sure what was wrong, I called Radiant heating and had the pleasure of speaking with the owner Michael. He was so nice and VERY helpful! He was able to explain what to do to fix it over the phone! Michael is definitely my go to guy now. He's knowledgeable and likes to be able to help. Kudos and a sincere Thank You to Michael at Radiant Heating Systems! I had discovered that my radiant heat boiler was running on very low pressure and had heard what sounded like a water leak in a closet where one of my radiant heating zones is located; I feared that I had a leak in my slab, which is one of the first things my regular plumber suggested it might be. I called the boiler manufacturer and they would only tell me to call a qualified plumber to check it out. I made an appointment to have a very expensive leak detection test run and thought the worst....floors being dug up, etc. I decided to call Radiant Heating Systems first because they are specialists in selling parts and equipment for the radiant heat industry and thought they might have some ideas and also to get their best recommendation for a plumbing specialist.

I was very fortunate to speak with Michael. I explained what was going on and he listened patiently before giving me a few simple diagnostic ideas to check things out. He stayed on the phone with me until I ran through a couple check points and upon completing them the PSI went up to the normal setting and is working in a normal range.
Michael not only saved me from unnecessary cost but a lot of grief by being so helpful and professional. Thanks Michael, I will remember this.

Ive lived in Albuquerque over 40 years; owned four homes; If you need a heating specialist - sincerely recommend Radiant Heating Systems, ask for Michael, a compliment over the phone or in real life doesn't say enough for his services. I told the truth, about being broke raising grandchildren and had a broken heating valve. Michael went into Civic community action, gave me a replacement valve. A real outstanding person and will help you with your heating plumbing needs! My words don't say enough so an online public review for his business, OUTSTANDING!!

Michael must know everything there is to know about radiant heating systems. AND he is just a nice guy. And helpful. He answers the simplest questions right along with the hard ones. Ask him about his daughter's pony.

Michael was excellent. I got the right part and Michael give advice that fixed my radiant heater. Highly recommend.
