Did some work on my boiler. When the boiler was a listed issue on our full home inspection, initially refused to come out and fix it, saying that those were not the issues he had been hired to address. Finally came out to our house after much cajoling. Agreed to write up a summary of all his work and how he addressed the issues on the inspection. Three weeks later refuses to submit that summary, and won't answer my calls. This guy is a crook! Do not use!

Very responsive and available to help with an issue we were having with our heater not working. However the problem ended up being a city gas meter issue. Nothing was wrong with our heater. He charged $300 to diagnose a failing city gas meter.

We have used JAT for many years on our commercial buildings. John has been very responsive and has always made things right for our tenants. I would recommend JAT for anyone looking for a competent reliable HVAC guy.

Claimed to do work that was not done and then refused to complete. Took the money and ran! I would not recommend the Manlove's to anyone!
