Worst customer service ever! They have been giving me the run around for an entire week on parts that were missing from a furnace I bought from them. Neil keeps telling me Devon will reach back out to me and haven’t heard from him. I understand I’m not the only customer but a courtesy would be nice.

Going to Baker is always such a positive experience. That young guy who works in the back is such a hard worker always friendly and goes the extra mile every time I go in. He really gives you 5 star service. I always choose baker because of employees like him.
