Airecool Mechanical Inc Air conditioning and Heating

My air-conditioning unit broke down on Friday of the hottest weekend of the year. I called Airecool early that morning, and Joe returned my call a few minutes later. He said he would be at my home within the hour, and was true to his word.

Joe was polite, efficient and professional. He explained each step of the process as he was examining my unit, and within a half hour the air-conditioner was working.

I recommend Airecool Mechanical without reservation.

Joe was stellar with his response time and recommendations--good price, good quality, honest and clear with his communications. He'll even troubleshoot with you via text, which is convenient. Very friendly and professional team as well. We had an issue with the new unit a few weeks after installation, and he came, immediately identified the problem (we have an older house, it was a complication with the existing drain), and they fixed it in about 20 minutes. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of HVAC work!

Called Joe for help and he came by the NEXT day to check out my AC/Heat unit. Gave me a fair price and two days later my unit was replaced. Joe and his crew are professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Took no more than 30 minutes to remove my old unit and replace the new one. All of this done within 5 days of giving him a call. Airecool Mechanical did a phenomenal job replacing both a hot water heater AND a completely new air unit for me. They did great work and were very courteous, prompt and reasonably priced. I am extremely satisfied with how accommodating they were in setting up the jobs and how clean they left my space - BOTH times! I found Airecool Mechanics online early Saturday morning, I called, left a message and Joe, the owner returned my call immediately. I scheduled an appt with him for Monday morning to check my central air unit, he showed up on time, professional and courteous. He gave me a couple of options.
He said he would replace the compressor the next day, and he did. His team had my central air working within two hours. As busy as he was, he fit me in. Excellent service!

Stay away! They are quick to take your money (authorization) but won’t deliver. Had a committed day and time, never showed up and wasted my time. Spoke with the owner and says will no longer deal with me and was extremely unprofessional. Please please please do yourself a favor and go with another company that is professional and committed!

A friend recommended Airecool and I called In a pinch when my HVAC died. Joe, the owner, personally answered my call (no phone mail or “we”ll have someone get back to you”). He was at my house that day and gave me the most reasonable quote around. I live in a condo development and know the going rate that many of my neighbors have paid. Airecool was the best price by a lot! The technicians were prompt and efficient, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. 5 stars for Airecool!

Just had new a.c. unit installed . Joe did a great job . installation was smooth andJoe kept me in the loop the entire time . would highly recommend this company for your heating and a.c. needs . give him a call you will be happy you did . ......price was fair and I did get other estimates to compare ..his was the best . .
