Just a "Shout Out" to the wonderful people from Fantes Heating and AC. From Bob, who was such an "effective" communicator, I could easily understand everything he told me with regards to installation of Furnace, Central Air, and Hot Water Heater. Nick, Dennis, and Rich came out on time, and took their time making sure everything was installed properly at my Mother's house (which is an older home). They patiently answered any questions that I had, and truly did a phenomenal job setting everything up, which was NOT easy, given the age of her home. The Value and Cost was a pleasant surprise! If you are reading this, because you are trying to decide what Company to go with, for a new Heating/AC/HW Heater, I strongly encourage you to give Fantes a call. You will not be disappointed!

We had great experience with Fante’s. We found them through Costco and had them replace our HVAC system. The work was completed in early August’20 and was top notch. They communicated very well throughout the process. Highly recommended.

I consider myself lucky that the company sent these 2 . They was on time and they was very professional. Very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had . I do not think anyone could of did a better job just glad to have them

My Family and I are thoroughly pleased with the service we received from this company. Nick and Dennis was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. Both gentlemen took time out to show me step by step how to use and operate our new digital system and answered ALL of my questions without hesitation. Would give them no stars if possible. Called them two months ago to have our furnace serviced and to have a new thermostat installed. They didn't have any available appointments for two months. Decided to schedule them anyway since their stickers were plastered all over my furnace and water heater. The week of the appointment comes and they call to reschedule for the following week. At this point I figure what's one more week.
Day of the appointment the technician arrives an hour past the window I was given, which given the time of year and that it's a day after a holiday, is reasonable. Asked me to confirm that the appointment was for a service on my furnace, which I confirmed, adding the thermostat installation, which he has no notes for. Take him into our basement to show him the furnace and is immediately informed that they refuse to work on the type of furnace that I have. He then called his office to ask about installing the thermostat and is told not to do the installation because if anything went wrong they will not come back out to fix their work.
Turns out, after calling them back to find out why they took the appointment, the only work they ever did for this house was to certify the heating for the home's previous owners when the house was sold.
How do you certify a heating system if you refuse to work on it? I will be calling the township to complain that a company that refuses to work on the type of heating system we have was used to certify it for a home sale.
