I explained the office lady what I need to be done such as reinstall heat etc which they never do but still was promised to ppl come out take a look for $109 !!! Plumbing wise plumber was never scheduled for me eventhough lady mentioned some same day job WITHOUT permit..very professional.

John has done a great job for doing the maintenance for our two heater units today! Very professional and nice gentleman! He explained the steps in very detail and also made recommendations for us. Really appreciate his work.

Today Nick and Dennis spent 9 hours at my house installing new air conditioner, heating and hot water heater systems. They worked non-stop even though I suggested they should take at least a lunch break not even realizing how long the entire installation would take. They insisted they had water and snacks to sustain them. I cannot say enough about their work ethic. There were profession and left my property in the same condition as they found it. I would not hesitate to refer Fante's to anyone needing this service.

Yesterday Scott and Vichenzo installed a new heating and air conditioning system for us. YThey were prompt,polite, hard working, professional and really outstanding in every way!

Fantes installed our A/C and furnace about a week ago. We were very pleased with the service they performed. Todd did an excellent job with the explanation of the equipment and the work to be done. Bill and his crew were outstanding on the day they installed the air conditioner and furnace. I would highly recommend Fantes.

Disappointing is how I would describe my experience with Fante's. I had a pilot light issue with my water heater and had them take a look on a Friday morning. The technician left telling me it was working, but it was ten years old. He charged me just under $200 and promised I would receive a quote for replacement. Saturday morning I had the same issue, so I called on them again to fix it. They replaced it and charged me “weekend” services fees when it should have been fixed the prior day. So I had to spend $400+ more than I should have spent on a water heater install because they misdiagnosed the problem. Sadly, when speaking with the service manager he was less than sympathetic. I went with them because they are local, but I’m highly disappointed in their service and gouging.

I received excellent service. My service man Keith was wonderful. He went above and beyond for me. I am an senior and he was so patient and polite. I just scheduled another service and requested him. Thanks to him.

Nick and Austin were here today! Very professional and a very clean install. These guys worked all day without a break to get it done and done the right way. Thank you fellas! AC unit and new heater all in a day.
