Just a quick note to let you know how impressed I am with the ENTIRE Fante's crew. This is the 2nd time we have used your service. The 1st was for furnace replacements & then yesterday for A/C replacement. Everyone I had contact with was helpful, professional, & respectful. Starting with Bob in sales, Michelle in scheduling, Jason for advance work, & finally the installers.
I can't remember the names of the team that did our furnace installations, but they set the bar high for Nick, Dennis & Dusty who were here yesterday & they definitely lived up to expectation. Not only did they do a great job, but left the work areas even cleaner than they were before the crew arrived!
They all deserve a thank you, & for their higher-ups to know the work they do is appreciated.
I would not hesitate to recommend Fante's to anyone looking for high quality work at very competitive prices.

Fantastic!! We are so happy with our new furnace and air conditioner from Fantes/Costco. The Fantes team and service was thorough, professional, polite, courteous and prompt from start to finish. It was the best service provider experience we have ever had!

We looked at 4 potential heating and air conditioner providers, including one from our local utility provider. They were all professional but Fantes was just way better. First, let’s start with Todd Hoff the customer representative who came to our home. (I note that we were able to immediately speak to someone in the office regarding the appointment (Michele) who was very helpful versus playing phone tags with messages.) Todd was extremely thorough, went into our attic (only one other vendor did that), took pictures of our return vent (only Todd identified that we had a crushed return vent-meaning we could replace the heater and still have heating problems). We had some rooms that were colder than others and Todd suspected that there were vent pipe issues. He called in another colleague (Richie) who went way beyond the call of duty and climbed up our garage crawl space between floors (very tight space) and confirmed (he took pictures) that we had damage to our vents that was keeping some of our rooms from being fully heated/cooled. No other company did any of that.

The heater/air conditioner that they offered was very good and the price excellent but what really set Fantes/Costco apart was their installation service. First, they were able to install the furnace/air conditioner very soon after we placed the order and came on the exact day scheduled. Second, they had a whole 5 person team (Jason, Danny, Cody, Luis, Richie) all working at once-one member worked on removing the air conditioner and installing the new one, another worked on removing the old heater and installing the new one, two others worked on the crushed return vent and installing new returns in our bedrooms and another worked on pulling out the damaged vents to our bedrooms and replacing them. Sometimes one stopped and assisted a colleague. It was truly amazing watching how quickly, efficiently and thoroughly they worked-like clockwork. They kept the place clean, improved our whole heating/cooling system and did it quickly. I suspect that another service provider would have taken a whole week to do what they got done in 2 days. Amazing!

2 months later we are still marveling how well our house is heated, how quiet our furnace is, how much better the house feels- and we are so very grateful for the Fantes/Costco team and service! Thank you!!!

We recently used Fante for our new HVAC system (purchased through Costco). The entire process went very smoothly. They were the most competitive in pricing and the install was very professional. Nick, Dennis and a third gentleman were thorough, explaining everything in advance, and did a great job covering the floors and cleaning up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them!

Decided it was prudent to replace our HVAC as it was +20 years old. We went through Costco after cost comparisons as well as because we are Executive members. This combination led to great pricing - they speciaize in Lennox systems which are highly rated in reviews.

Fante's are the installers in our area for these systems. They are Lennox certified which is very important. The installation manager Mike came out and explained the various systems and options. Went with a two stage variable speed furnace/blower and a Merit condenser. Mike was always available same day I called for when, after the initial meeting/quote, I had the inevitable questions as I know nothing about HVACs and friends gave me tips/things to ask. They as well worked with us as our financing was not ready at the time of the quote and we had to wait longer than expected to proceed with the install (completed about a week ago at time of this review).

On the day of installation Nick and Dennis came out to do it, arrived right on time, and got started. A couple of regular guys I bantered with them while they worked, and they were on point - knocked it out without too much disturbance as I work from home, clearly knew what they were doing, laid out some tarp from hall to utility room, finished the job much quicker than expected, cleaned everything up, hauled everything off, tested the heating and a/c, and setup and explained how to use the new wifi thermostat - in short did a great job.

Michele with Fante main office was as well great to work with, also very responsive, a pleasure to speak with, answered my questions about the job and more.

Entire experience was just phenomenal and I can't recommend Fante's any higher cause 5 stars is the max! While my journey with them started through Costco (Costco take note...) I have every reason to believe you will have the same satisfying and professional experience with them for any other service you may need.

Nick and Dennis were here yesterday from Fantes.
I needed a new hot water tank and new furnace.
They were great, put down drop cloths on the floor, talked with me through the whole process. They even left my basement floor cleaner then it was before they came.
They were great. I highly recommend this company and Nick and Dennis.

I had a leaking water heater yesterday so i called Fantes to come out and diagnosis the issue with my water heater. They recommended a repair or replacement. I took a day to think about it but this morning I woke up with no hot water so I immediately called Fantes and they came out the same day to replace my water heater. Tony, Jeff & Austin were out today to replace it and boy did they do a FANTASTIC job. They were kind, efficient and cleaned up their mess. I now have hot water & no leaks. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone. Top notch service and incredible technicians and very professional and kind office staff.

We had the heating and cooling system installed in 2018. Just recently had an issue with the unit. It was a manufacturing defect. The issue was quickly diagnosed. Fantes provided us with enough Freon to last until the replacement part came in. It’s now all fixed and the house is nice and cool. I absolutely recommend the company. They are quick and efficient. I also had the same technician that did my initial install (Brent) and another tech there. It’s nice to see that the techs stay with the company. Thanks for a great job.

Let me start by saying. I have used this company previously at my other home for years no problems. I called for service to my boiler and requested a new thermostat. Repair man came and took the panel off the thermostat then put it back on said he could not replace the thermostat because he didn’t have any parts and that I need to call and schedule for that. That’s exactly what I requested when is made the call. He was at my house for 7 min and charged me $150. I told him I should only be paying the $75 fee to come out but because he didn’t do any work. Let say I will never use them again. I’m totally disappointed in this service. Another company came and did exactly what I asked no problems and less money.

Great and professional from beginning and end. Also helps they perform work for Costco.
