Fante's was recommended by a coworker. They serviced my furnace for check up which went fine in 2021. Recently during Nov. 2022 I was not getting steady heat. Called them for repairs and it took over a week for a tech to come out. I paid $100 fee and $255 for new thermostat after tech said mine was bad. No heat again after tech left. Took another week for same tech to come out again, however my check was cashed in a couple days by Fantes. Tech tried to service furnace on second trip and had heat working while he was here than no heat shortly after he left. I had asked tech why it took so long for service, he says they are short staffed. I spoke with several people at call center about my heat still not working and no receipt received. Tech and call center were all pleasant and sympathetic that I did not have heat and that my father had passed away the same week and I had to leave for a few days. I requested a call from a manager to resolve the issues I was having with Fantes. Still no response, I always get call center or answering service when lines are busy and they say they will pass the message on.
Poor communication and management, company seems unorganized. There is no reason why you should have to wait a week between two repairs and still not get heat issue resolved, or have to keep calling Fantes to send my receipt for the thermostat which I finally received two weeks later after several calls. I would not recommend their services as my heat issue was not resolved. I called another HVAC company in the area and they came out the same day and heat is working again.

Fantes plumbing is always on time , professional and prepared. I highly recommend.

Every technician who has serviced our units or did plumbing work in our home has been not only highly skilled but outstandingly professional. Today Matt serviced our air conditioning system. Fantes came out and serviced by HVAC on Wednesday and turned on the dehumidifier. We have been customers of theirs for both of our homes for over five years now and have always had satisfactory service. Today I have a leak from my system on my basement floor. I am still on hold (have been for 45 minutes) waiting for someone to pick up the phone. There is no other contact number listed but their main number. The unit is still leaking. W. I am so disappointed I cannot get someone on the phone (Saturday) to fix thus urgent problem.

We found Fantes when they installed our Costco purchased air and heat system. The installation when flawless and we then contacted them for two other service appointments and both were handled professionally and with very little pushy salesmanship. They fixed what needed to be fixed at a fair price and we were very happy.

The entire installation of my new hvac system was very professional from beginning to end. Nick and Dennis arrived first thing and had my new unit installed and working by 4pm that afternoon. They worked friendly and knowledgeable..explaining everything to me before they left for the day. It was a colder day and they brought a space heater for my mom so she would be comfortable until the new unit was working. Truly a personal touch. Would recommend them to everyone

We just wanted to leave a shout out to Nick and Dennis with Fante’s. They came over and installed a new central air and heating unit in my home (we went throughout Costco) These Guys did such an amazing and professional job. They paid such close attention to detail. They took the time to explain everything including the new Honeywell thermostat for us. I can’t say enough I would definitely recommend these Gus to everyone. Thanks again Nick and Dennis!!!!!

I would highly recommend Fante's. Kevin the sales rep was extremely personable and helpful during the entire process and exceeded my expectations with his knowledge and service. Michelle in the office also went above and beyond with exceptional customer service. Last but certainly not least, Nick the rep that installed our heating and air conditioning did a beautiful job, took his time,and went over everything in detail with my husband. The work that Nick did to our home was remarkable and I would use Fante's for all of my heating and air conditioning needs.

Great service by Rick and Paul from Fante's. They spent time educating me with my options and fixed the original problem. Great value.

Dave (David) was the plumber who was assigned to do a sewer lateral inspection at my home.
He arrived shortly after I received a call he was on his way. He was friendly, polite and courteous. He explained the whole process and invited me to see exactly what he was doing. He was able to complete the job swiftly and efficiently! Thank you Dave for your services! Would def recommend!
