The Fantes’ technician, John Hughes, went above and beyond; getting our compressor fan replaced. He was able to locate replacement parts went and did another job while they were getting the new parts to him and he came back and got our unit running! I would highly recommend Fantes and John Hughes.

I was very satisfied with Dusty and the woman who worked with him. They worked do long and today i was so happy to have a new air conditioning system!! They were on time and very professional.

We received service the same day as we called. Our technician Rickcarlo was friendly, efficient, clear and patient with my elderly spouse. It was a positive interaction and a great outcome.

Bob and Steve took care of us when our control board on our HVAC system went out. The system was still under warranty and the guys did a great job communicating the issues, contact Lennox to verify warranty coverages, and getting our home back down to cooler temperatures as the summer heat increase.

Fante's HVAC installed our new air conditioning system , high efficiency hot water boiler, and hot water heater in 2015. The system was bought through Costco and they were the service company. The evaporator coil leaked and had to be replaced but only the part was covered under warranty. Fante's estimate for labor and refrigerant was more than twice what I paid by using another Lennox authorized company. I found out later that the owner sold the company and evidently the prices have skyrocketed.

Purchased a new Lennox Heating and Cooling system through Costco and Fante’s was the installer. Everything upfront was good including the pricing through Costco. After installation, I was having humidity issues on the 2nd floor when the A/C was running which is where the new unit was installed to control. Checked out the unit and found a fitting on the condensate drain was left loose and water was leaking all over on the return duct in my attic. Fortunately I caught it early so there was no damage to my attic or 2nd floor. Called Fante’s to have a technician come out as I was not sure if that was the cause of my humidity issue. They came out and said everything is fine and the unit is the proper size (they went with a unit that is 1/2 ton larger than my original) although I continue to have higher humidity on my 2nd floor with the new Lennox system. Having another Lennox HVAC company coming out today to provide a second opinion as I have lost trust in Fante’s based on the installation issue with the condensate drain fitting and that they don’t seem to want to make sure the system is working properly. I will update my review based on the results.

I called Fante when they opened up in the morning and a technician was out to solve the problem within 3 hours. Their technicians were great, very personable and professional. The person who answered the phone was equally great offering top customer service. I highly recommend!

Issue: Clogged kitchen drain

Great company & a great very professional service!! Just had a heating system installed by them. I was super pleased by the professionalism, the quality of work, the attention to detail and the whole experience from beginning to end. And just a special note about Dusty and Vincenzo, the Technicians that did my installation. They were true professionals, very knowledgeable, accommodating, very clean and super nice individuals. They did an amazing job with so much attention to detail and great workmanship. They explained everything and took time to go over all the details. Very impressive and very highly recommended company and Technicians!!

New HVAC lennox system installed. Rep and helpers did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Installed S40 thermostat and explained how it works. We are very satisfied customers.
