They do tell you that they would charge $75 to come out plus diagnostic charge. However, they don't tell you intentionally as to the Rate of diagnosis, e.g., Flat rate or Per hour rate. With in 15 minutes their technician comes up with $100 for Diagnosis and if we want to have it fixed that would cost $ 1545. When asked what would the repair entail, he avoided giving out details. He stressed on Cleaning. It is a 6 year old unit installed by Fante's. He caused some damage while closing up. I had the Unit fixed at way less than the price he wanted up front. Would think twice before calling them specially because the technician used the F word in the presence of a lady. I doubt his Mom taught him that.

Fantes team installed 2 complete new Lennox HVAC systems for my house (one in the basement, one in the attic). I got this contract thru Costco. Kevin from Fantes answered all my questions about the new system after checking the old one. And the team came and finished the job in 1 day with a perfect professionalism. Very friendly and courteous. Guided me thru everything and tested that AC and Furnace work good, with even air flow in every rooms. The system is so so quiet! I'm very happy with the products, with Fantes team work, and with the price costs!

Dennis & Nick were quite professional in installing our hot water heater! They were on time and worked diligently until the job was finished! We appreciated how they left the area where they had worked! And the price was so much better than a competitor!

So we just had Fantes install a new heater / AC in October and I really can't say enough GREAT things about them. We had 3 quotes from locals and they were tied for the best price but they had a slighly nicer unit. The sales and the technicians walked us through how to use everything and when we called with an issue they were there for free within 24 hours. I can't say enough good things! We used them through Costco but we will be using them from now on in general.

Same day appointment. John arrived early. He was very courteous, professional, and treated my home with respect. He used drop cloths, covered his shoes with booties, and cleaned up afterwards. He completed the work thoroughly and efficiently and kept me in the loop all along the process...letting me know what each part of the service would cost before performing it. Nicky, in the office was friendly, pleasant and helpful. I used Fante's to replace my sewer line several years ago and received the same quality service, excellent workmanship and competitive pricing.

Great service! We’ll definitely hire Fante’s again. Kyle arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He sized up the problem and was specific about the recommended repairs and related costs. Once I gave him the go-ahead, he completed the work (new faucet and unclogging existing garbage disposal) efficiently and demonstrated that everything was in good order before he left. Highly recommend.

We used Fante’s for some plumbing when we moved into our current home. When our air conditioner stopped working I called them for assistance. It took a few tries and a few parts to get it running but they got it working again. I will use them in the future. For sure.

Fante's was originally hired to replace an oil fired heating system as well as air conditioning compressors for a 2 zone system in a home in Shamong, NJ. They were always there when promised, provided a very reasonable quote and completed the job when they told me they would. They were very clean, inside and outside of the home. The system has been up and running for a few years and it has been wonderful. Currently, Fante's provides the yearly maintenance program for both the heaters and the AC systems. Couldn't be happier with the quality of equipment installed and the work done annually.

The work was good, quick and professional. I wish the company gave us a more detailed receipt. We don't have any idea how much was the part and the labor.

If you guys have Lennox system and want to fix it, you pretty much have no choice other than to go with a dealer.

Overall I had a mixed experience.

This is the contractor provided for installation of hot water heater purchased at Costco. They promptly and courteously provided an estimate and answered all questions. Although there was a mix up on date installation was scheduled they werr able. to resolve it and get installation completed. The technician, Chris, was very courteous and efficient. So far, we are very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend Fante's.
