I called Rescue Air when my heat stopped working. Mike came over within the hour and identified the problem immediately. I could tell he has extensive experience in the field. Mike was able to fix my issue quickly, while paying very close attention to detail (something I think is hard to find these days). What's even better was his competitive pricing. I will definitely be calling Mike again with any HVAC issues! Highly recommend.

There's no "cooler" local AC company out there. While others could not make it for at least 6 days, Rescue Air came out on a Saturday during a Holiday weekend to look at on of our 20 year old central AC unit to see what the problem was. A replacement was sourced that day even though every distributor was closed. Then Mike came back on a Sunday morning to fix. It was 98 degrees the next day, but our house has never been cooler. My central air conditioner stopped working one day before we were expecting company during a recent heatwave. I called Mike and explained to him what was happening. Over the telephone he informed me that it sounded like either my capacitor or motor were shot, and that he would be at my house in about an hour to check it out. He arrived on time and sure enough, the first thing he checked, the capacitor turned out to be defective. He got one from his truck, hooked it up, and saved the day! The air conditioner has been working fine since his repair. Thanks Mike!

During a heat wave our ac stopped pumping cool air. I called Rescue Air at 8am and left a message, my call was returned in less than 90 mins and they were able to squeeze in a service call to make the necessary repairs same day . I am so greatful!

This review is way OVERDUE, but here it is. We were recommend by a friend to try Rescue Air to install a new duckless air conditioning / heating unit. Mike M came to the house and gave us an estimate, he seemed very professional and extremely knowledgable about the product that he was quoting us on. Long story short, after several other estimates before Mike, we knew right away, he was the man for the job. We agreed on a hand shake and gave Mike and his company the job, and we couldn't have been more pleased. Other companies said it would be weeks before they could the install, Mike said he could do it for us in a week, which he was true to his word. He carefully explained the job and what it entailed, he brought the unit to our home, installed it and explained exactly how it worked. The Daikin unit was the best choice, we had it installed in May, it's now February, and Mike was 100% correct, in the summer it cooled off our entire downstairs about 1000 square feet, and this winter it heated the entire downstairs as well. It wound up saving us money, because the window A/C unit cost us a fortune, we also noticed that our heating bills are much lower this winter because of this unit. Mike, I can not say THANK YOU enough, folks if you are looking for a very honest company, this is it. One more thing to add, Mike did the install in about 4 hours, which meant cutting through the interior walls and siding, he sealed everything up and when he left, the whole area was cleaner then when he started, you just don't get that kind of service anymore. OUTSTANDING !!!!

Rescue air came immediately when my upstairs air conditioning unit was not working properly. This company was very professional and came exactly on time.
