During an intense New Jersey heatwave this summer, our central air stopped working. Being new to the area, we weren’t sure who to call. After nearly being swindled by the first company to respond to our emergency call, we almost spent double what this repair actually cost. Enter Mike from Rescue. We accidentally called his number trying to contact the other company and it was the happiest accident there could be. After a few minutes chatting about our situation, we immediately felt comfortable and trusted Mike’s experience and expertise. He quoted us a much more reasonable rate and completed the job quickly and successfully. We would gladly recommend Mike to anyone looking for an honest, trustworthy and experienced technician.

Mike and his Rescue Air crew are fantastic. Of all the people I got bids from he is the only one who bothered to follow up on it, and he was very communicative. Mike installed a new air conditioning system along with nest thermostats in our current home and was amazing to work with. He is extremely professional and was always available to trouble shoot any problems we had prior to replacing the system. He is also reasonable and fair in pricing and letting you know what exactly needs to be done instead of just tacking on extra for inflation of price. We've had an ongoing issue with our AC for quite some time. We've had several different techs come out, and each of them have claimed to have solved the problem. Finally, we called Michael at Rescue Air Conditioning. He arrived within a couple of hours of our call, and actually got to the root of the problem. All fixed, and for a VERY reasonable rate! Wish we'd called him first!

We had our AC repaired in record time! Mike.diagnosed the problem right away. Our AC unit was approximately 4 years old and my husband and I knew the unit was under warranty but had none of the paperwork. Mike took a.photo of the model/serial number on.the unit, called.the company and picked up a new compressor and installed it before we even knew what happened! Perfect since the next day was forecast to be 95 degrees! Great job all around and we highly recommend him

Mike was great. Our CA stopped working and he called me back within a few minutes (after normal business hours). He came that evening and he was courteous and knowledgeable. Mike removed an old AC and installed a new A/C for a home we recently bought, moved ceiling vents, and replaced some of our duct work. It’s not easy choosing who to use or where to go.
