I called A&K because my house was almost 90° and my normal HVAC specialist could not figure out what was wrong. George came to my house and inspected every single part of my system and determined that nothing was wrong, and I was just using too thick of a filter (I have allergies and was using the heaviest duty filter I could find). He even took time to show me exactly how my HVAC system works, and why the filter was the problem. I replaced the filter with something thinner and and am currently writing this review in a comfortable 70° home.

George could have lied to me and sold me on expensive parts and repairs, but he did not. He spent almost an hour at my house and charged me very little. I would not hesitate to use A&K in the future for any HVAC needs.

Today around 2:00 am my central air in my house stopped working, I was worried because I have a 4-year-old child in my house, it was very cold and I started looking in google maps for who was the closest technician and that he was good , and I got A&K Air specialist Llc, I am very happy with the work he did, we are calm and warm in the house, George's prices are reasonable, in the future I have a project, I'll not think twice to hire him again.
