My a/c decided to break down today and I called up Eugene Adams. The secretary on the phone was very informative and helpful and got a tech out to me in a reasonable amount of time for a Saturday. Bill was my tech and he was very professional and got my a/c up and running in no time! He gave me options for repair or replacement and didn't just force the replacement. When my husband and I decide to replace we will definitely call Eugene Adams!

Excellent company! Our water heater busted in February, the owner himself came out that evening to assess and give us quote, by next morning the technicians showed up with our water heater. They did great work at good price! Very pleased with the service!

EA installed a new HVAC for my residence in the Summer 2017. i purposely delay evaluating a company until some time has lapsed. Last month, I went to change the filter for the first time. I found it practically impossible to do so - old house and an electrical conduit that change the installation orientation. I called the company, they had two young professionals there the next business day. They recognized the problem, sent photos to the office with a proposed solution. The main office reviewed, approved and within an hour they had installed an engineered solution to the problem.
Count me impressed and very happy with this company and their personnel.

I don't normally write reviews, but I was so impressed with the service I received from Eugene Adams Heating and Air Conditioning.
They went above and beyond all expectations to repair my heating system. The repair technician was very professional and really knew his stuff. He diagnosed the problem and had my heater up and running better than ever.
The price was fair, the repair was perfect, and the customer service was awesome.

Saved by Eugene Adam's once again! Our AC died in the middle of a heat wave and they were able to get here sooner than anticipated to install a new unit. Installation went smoothly, no issues. Really happy with their work and responsiveness. Highly recommend!

We used Eugene Adams two years ago when we moved into our new home, to refill coolant that was low. No one located a leak, and we signed up for the service plan. Two years later, another coolant leak. I was charged $105 for a tech to come out and look at my AC unit, never open the unit up, and then tell me he can refill the leaking coolant for $600 or install a new system for $5000. He never actually opened the unit, located a leak, never offered a sealant...just recommended an entire new AC. He didn't do any actual work! I decided to get another estimate, and the tech from the second company opened the unit, located the leak, sealed it and refilled our coolant for less money. You lost more than one customer today and I will certainly be telling others.

We had an emergency no heat service call. Bill was very professional, polite, and accommodating. The issue was diagnosed and resolved in record time. This is not the first time we used Eugene Adams, and I would recommend this company to others in need of a highly professional and responsive company.

Highly recommend this company! Just had them come out during this heat wave and they fit me right in. They are not the cheapest or the most expensive, but at least I can count on them. Before I found them I had a one man van that was the cheapest, but I couldn't get a hold of them during this heat wave. The technician gave me the choice if I wanted the part replaced so if I didn't like the price I could decline or accept which was nice. I understand that a business can't do things at cost, but I liked how you knew the cost before accepting.
