David was our maintenance rep that showed up to the house. He was very kind, informative and helpful throughout the entire process. He educated me on some ways to increase efficiency with our systems and some maintenance programs. to his credit, he didn’t push the sales pitch to the point of feeling uncomfortable. He asked the question and then when I said “no” he reaffirmed to just give them a call with any questions or concerns

We have been having a lot of issues with our heat since Christmas Eve between recalled parts via Goodman as well as improper installation in the first place (different company then Marty's) and Marty's has been very responsive about coming out promptly, handling the recall repair and identifying why we keep loosing our piolet light. I would recommend them!
