Paul was very experienced and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue and then took extra time to ensure the system was working properly. Very thorough and honest company, I would recommend them highly.

I have not found any company in any line of business that I trust more than A Degree Above. They do great work for a great price, and they stand by their work. The one time I wasn't entirely happy with something they did, the owner Lou came out and addressed it for free. And I even found out afterwards from searching around online, that they really hadn't done anything wrong in the first place. He's really about making the customer happy, and I'll never use another HVAC company EVER.

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. I cannot say enough about how great A Degree Above is - they truly rescued me. Not just from a bad AC situation, but from other HVAC scammers.

Lou and his team are phenomenal! Whether it's the ladies who man the desk (Maria & Sheryl) or the guys out in the field (both Matts and Lou), this is the best team around. Not only do they have years of experience, but they are HONEST GOOD PEOPLE. I had another company quote me $2000 to fix something that was NOT broken. Thank God I found A Degree Above on Yelp - they not only fixed the issue for a fraction of the cost, but explained the whole process to me, answered all of my questions, and were patient and kind. This company will be getting all of my AC business in the future.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! WORST EVER!!!! We were customers of the old company that this company bought. We needed them when our AC stopped working this summer and it was HOT out. It took them 5 days to get to us. Then, the guy shut down the system completely, got another call, and said I have to leave, but you can call the office to reschedule --- LEAVING US AGAIN WITH NO AC. We were rescheduled for 2 days later, but when they were supposed to be there, they cancelled completely and told us to find someone else to fix it because they were too busy. Spoke to the Owner to say how can you do this to us, we've been using you for years for our service. He said we bought the company, so it's different now and we can't get to everyone. Meanwhile, it was now Friday @4pm. They totally screwed us and left us wth no AC for 10 days in the heat before we found someone else. What kind of AC repair company does this to its loyal customers?!?! BEWARE! DON'T USE THEM!!!!

Not only have I used A DEGREE ABOVE but I have referred other friend to them and needless to say they are truly a degree above. We have all been extremely satisfied. They are truly professional and very fair and honest. Very comforting to know they have your best interest

AMAZING! AMAZING! AMAZING! I have used them on two occasions where my heat stopped working. I have a 19yr old furnace that is original to when the house was built. This time around my furnace stopped working. I made the mistake of calling another company to come out and repair it because I forgot the name of a degree above. This new company came out to my house worked on my furnace for about an hour and told me sorry we cant fix it you need to buy a new furnace!! and still wanted me to pay for their services! I started looking through all my emails and found the contact info for a degree above. They immediately came out to my house and went to work on my furnace. My furnace had a very complicated issue and Lou and his employee(I forgot his name hes a genius and deserves a raise) worked on it for at lease 4-5 hours basically taking the who damn thing apart trying to figure out why it wasn't working. They were very patient and professional and finally found the issue. I dont know of any other company that would of went to the extent that they went through to figure out the issue. Also it's not just the work they did that sets them apart. Their customer service is top notch Lou and his employees are very honest and dont try to rip you off. When i asked how much I owe you Lou said dont worry about it now lets see how the furnace does for the next couple days and then we'll work out a price!!! Like who the hell does that!! They won a customer for life!!!!. I barely ever write reviews but I felt this was a well deserved review. Thanks Lou and give the tech you sent a raise hes AMAZING!!! Not much more to say other than exceptional. Lou and his team replaced my furnace and installed AC. They are all friendly as can be, professional and thorough. Highly recommend.
