MP Heating & Cooling

I've used MP Heating and Cooling before at another rental property in replacing 2 heaters and have had 0 issues for the 5+ years since installation. My heater had some issues over the weekend and Alex from MP Heating & Cooling was able to quickly provide consultation over text message.

I requested Alex to come take a look and he was at my house the same day to diagnose and provided a quote. The next day Alex showed up at 9 am with all the parts and fixed the issue by lunchtime.

Alex was punctual and let me know exactly when he would be here. He wore a mask even though we were outside. Diagnosed the problem without trying to upsell me. He explained exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it -which all seemed perfect since I had done my due diligence on possible problems even before I called a repair person.
