Falana HVAC LLC

Called Falana about an issue with a split unit I have and a technician came out same day to check it out. Excellent response and customer service. Very knowledgeable and experienced. I would highly recommend Falana HVAC. Note that their name is spelled wrong on the Google entry.

Woke up to no heat on a 20 degree sunday morning and Falana HVAC was there In just a few hours. The heat was up and running very quickly. They even followed up a few days later to check to see that all was running smoothly. Could not have asked for better service.

Have used Falana HVAC commercially for 10 years. Always a prompt response and quality work. Highly recommend.

I truly can’t say how much of a great and professional guy Steve And his men are. Steve came out in the middle of a blizzard because my heat kicked out got it going for me! Then he sent his guys out a week later when he was extremely busy to fix the issues with my system. Thank you again Steve. Highly recremend steve falana hvac!

They never showed up when they were scheduled. The guy came the next day and charged $157 for not even being in the house for 15 minutes.

I had them at my property a few times and was always happy with the quality of service and fair pricing. I would definately recommend them!

Terrible service.. young guy working for them, think he was the son, was late & on his phone the whole time... Unprofessional!! And I was recommended by a friend.. I'm sorry with so much competition out there, I would never use them again!
