A rude, rude man! $120 for 15 min to tell me I had a cracked heat exchanger, easy money, right? Then get bent out of shape because we don't have him replace the furnace. He said, and I quote " THEN WHY DID I COME OUT HERE!?! Duh, for $120, that's why you came out!
