We replaced a 34 year old heater and air conditioning. We also had a family room that had low air flow for 20 years making it colder in winter and warmer in summer. I got Chris who came out and did a diagnostic workup of my complicated HVAC system which wasn't working. He gave me a couple of options to get it repaired. With my decision made, the repairs were done within an hour. The rates were very reasonable. Thank you, Chris!!!

Gave us advice to help us make our decision to use a heat pump with the existing oil burner as a secondary heat back up system. Chris checked the existing oil burner thoroughly to make sure it would last a few years more.
The heat pump has only been installed for a few days but, so far, we're very happy with it.
Turned up as arranged and continues to give good advice.
Overall nice guy, great service and a pleasure to work with.

We had countless heating and air guys out to our house for our heating issues and nobody could figure out what the problem was with our system except for Chris. After figuring out what our problem was he gave us an explanation of what was going on and a good estimate on a new system. A few days later we called him to ok the work and shortly after that he showed up at the time he gave us and started the work. The job was a large one so it took a couple days but he was on time every time. After the work was done, he cleaned up after himself and told us if we had any trouble what so ever to call and he would be right out. He really stands behind his work. While fixing my A/C I somehow made the water heater not work. Called a couple of places and none would check the breakers, told me I would have to get an electrician. Well, one call and explained to Chris what was going on and he was at my house in 10 minutes. Chris checked the breakers and low and behold, half the breaker was shot. He replaced the breaker and verified my water heater had no problems. Unbelievably personable and didn't stick me with a $60 breaker. Just excellent all around and will be my go to guy for water heater / A/C issues.

After reading the reviews I called Chris on a Monday morning. He gave me a time that he would be at my house and showed up on time. He checked out my heater told me what it needed and got the job done in a little over an hour just like he told me he would. Fantastic service. Chris came out on a Sunday at no extra charge and got our furnace running again within 20 minutes. The issue ended up just being a loose wire. We will definitely turn to Full Service Heating and Air for our future repair needs.

Chris brings a fifties style work ethic to today's unethical world. He is a true craftsman that has come to our rescue more times then I can count. When we first bought our home we had a warranty come with it. Unfortunately the day we moved in the Ac quit on us! Called the warranty company and they sent a revolving door of companies to fix it. It would last a few days and break again. I finally had enough with them and called Chris. Within a few minutes of him crawling down into the crawl space I knew I made the right call. The warranty ppl were just jumping over the bad circuit board instead of fixing the issue. Chris was extremely mad at the unethical and unsafe work. Obviously I had him fix it right. Since then he has installed a whole new central air system in the house as well as a bunch of other little issues ! ( I. E. Hot water heater , new vents, dryer gas line. Etc...) Chris is a true professional that will come to you anytime without fail. If I have a problem day or night he is my first call and he always shows up ready to work within minutes!
