I've used Full Service (Chris) on several occasions over the past 3 years. Each experience has been nothing but positive; from scheduling the installation of my whole house humidifier to a panicked emergency call (at night) that my heater is leaking from the attic. Each time, the service was quick and complete.

What I appreciate most is his willingness to explain what he did and how it works. I find great value in knowing what I paid for.

It gives me comfort knowing that if something arises, I have someone I can call who I trust, has reasonable prices and is responsive.

Chris was extremely helpful, personable, and professional. We needed an emergency service on a Saturday to our gas lines, which were leaking. The gas company shut us down and we had to get an immediate repair to safely have heat and hot water in our really cold house with 3 small children. He answered an early morning call and was able to fit us in within a few hours. When he came He was very honest and knowledgeable and answered any and all questions. He wasn't sure he'd have enough piping for the 30 foot repair but he ran out and came back with everything needed to make sure we'd have heat. What an amazing man! And his pricing was very fair for what he had to do to fix everything. Highly recommended!!

My heater broke in the middle of the night I reached out to Chris and his team that next morning and was able to get an immediate appointment for a new heating system installed! Very quick, professional & very clean with the job! Great business!

Chris has been taking care of my oil furnace and central air for years. Since he's been doing my HVAC services my heater works better and uses less fuel per season, and my AC also works better and my electric bills are lower.
I have my furnace serviced at the beginning of the season, and it has never broke down on me in winter.
On the rare occasion he finds something that doen't look like it will last the season, he fixes it right then and there..
His prices are very fair, his work is very good, and he always has the right parts with him in his truck.
He just did my pre-season AC service, and found some damaged wires and a refrigerant line that was just starting to leak.
He saved me a ton of money and a few miserable summer days by fixing it now.

I am a first time customer , I called after my oil heater had been acting up and shutting off and I was smelling oil in the house yuck ! I called at 9:30am and spoke with Chris and told him what was wrong with my heater, with his schedule he was able to come out within the hour. Which I think is great ! He was very informative with information on how to keep up maintenance with my oil heater. And was able to repair my heater quickly and check it to make sure it started and everything was working as should. My overall experience was great and his prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend his company !

I had Chis come out 2 different times for another house. Both times he was very nice, professional and courteous. I looked up what is wrong with my heater and the repair before he got to my place. He told me exactly what it said to do online. Very honest man. I have to use him again today and trust him explicitly. His fees are very reasonable. He would be the first one I call in any heating or air condition problem.

Price was reasonable for great service, there was an issue but he advised me of best pricing, which may not be him. I appreciate honest service and I would rather deal with someone who is honest, and that's what I got. Great service!

Came home to my house at 75 degrees and gave Chris a call. Within a few hours he was at my house and diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor. If you’re looking for someone who’s quick, responsive and won’t try to upcharge on unnecessary repairs then Chris is your man.

This is the best HVAC service around my area. I originally called another service to take a look at the heater and they basically only told me they couldn't work on it and couldn't get the part, so they said around $5,000 minimum for a new heater. I decided to call full service heating and air for a second opinion before I attempting to apply for a loan for that much. The guy was supposed to come tuesday but he decided to fit us in earlier on Saturday after his last job and was able to help us. We may still need to replace the heater but his price was so much more reasonable and was able to get heater working for us for the time being. If we do need to replace the whole system, we will definitely be going with this company.
