This company is amazing. They maintenance my heater and air conditioner units. I had an issue with the hot water heater, called him after a 11pm and was able to get in contact with him. At 8am they were at my door ready to check the problem. Less than an hour later my hot water heater is back to normal at a reasonable price.
I recommended to everyone!

We were very pleased with how fast we received service. When I called on a Sunday night with no heat Chris told me he would be here within 30 minutes and he was true to his word. Ultimately we needed a new furnace and it was installed the next morning. Couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and quick service!

Had a issue with my heater turning on and off so I gave Chris a call and he was right out. Very professional and knowledgeable explained everything that needed to be fixed and why. Also showed me how to maintenance and keep the heater running smoothly such as changing filters and etc. I just purchased this home two weeks ago so did not know to much about this furnace but Chris made sure to explain everything to me. Will definitely use his company again and would recommend to anyone.

Chris called a week in advance to set up an appointment date and time for an annual A/C maintenance visit. Upon arrival he and his assistant promptly started their process and in no time at all had the system tested and confirmed all was good. Before departing, Chris explained a few things to me in detail, and left my wife and I confident we would be cool in the coming summer months! Thank you!

My heater stopped working during the night and I woke up to the house being 53 degrees. I called and they were here in 30 min. Very nice, and professional. The initial thought of the problem was more expensive then what they actually needed to repair. They could have easily over charge me at that point, but they let me know the issue was less than originally thought and the bill ended up being significantly less. I appreciate their honesty and will recommend them to family and friends

Chris has the highest standards and best prices of anyone in the area. I never go to anyone for HVAC work other than Full Service Heating & Air. He has installed a 4 ton AC unit and 3 zone oil fired boiler for us. Impeccable detail in his work.

Chris and his partner were so great. He offered to come out on Sunday but Monday was better for me. He was knowledgeable and educated me about my system and its compounding issues. My system is VERY OLD so he he gave me cost effective options and real honest recommendations. He didn't try to make me do anything outside of my comfort level. He was so professional and very nice. I wish I knew about him before I called a major company for my hot water heater issues. Now that I know about him he's my guy for HVAC concerns. Very impressed with the level of service I received.

A technician was willing to squeeze us in when I called about a broken heater last night, one of the cold eating days we have had so far. He was professional, fair, and even gave me some tips on maintenance for my unit. He got me and my family back to warmth in no time! I will definitely call again for any service I need in the future.

I called Chris when my AC started acting up. He offered to come out the next day (a Saturday) to diagnose the issue. Within a few minutes, he had found the problem and provided a solution that didn't require ordering parts. He also spent some time to go over the whole unit and provide recommendations on future work to be done (most of which he said I should do myself). In the end, his price was fair and work was solid. Certainly recommended.

Edit: Wow, this review was a long time ago. I have since moved and I still call Full Service Heating and Air. They came out to help address some drainage issues which caused my furnace to shut off and went (in my opinion) well above and beyond what I called him for. I continue to recommend!
