Had them come to take a look at our HVAC system which was not cooling. I clearly asked him on the phone if there would be a charge to come take a look and he very clearly stated that there is no charge. He would come take a look and let us know what needed to be done and what that would cost. He shows up with his assistant, no shoe covers at all, and spent about an hour looking at the system. He then tells me I owe him $195 for the hour he was here. He also tried to sell me a Freon refresh and sealant for about $1000. Warranty on the sealant is 2 months.... He also left the apartment upset and left the HVAC unit electrical disconnected, so now it doesn't run at all. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Way over priced. Charged me $350 for 3.5lbs of refrigerant. The actual refrigerant cost was about $50. This should have been included in the service. This company is not upfront with their pricing. Buyer beware!!!
