Pruzansky Plumbing

Anytime I have issues with my plumbing I call Pruzansky plumbing and they are extremely responsive, trustworthy and always so helpful. Great team, family business, the best prices and they always great work.
I highly recommend them to anyone in need!

Service was excellent.

With all that being said I probably could have found a suitable option that was 30% cheaper if I spent the time and energy shopping prices and asking about hourly rates.

I would use them again for small quick jobs.

Excellent Office Staff, Field staff was responsive and extremely efficient.
Overall very happy with Pruzansky Plumbing and will be using them for all my plumbing and HVAC going forward.

I would steer clear of this business!!!! I just hung up with the owner “Mitch” who arrogantly informed me that he was the owner! I called this morning regarding 2 AC units that had recently broken down in my home. I was informed that someone would return my phone call this afternoon. “The extremely rude arrogant owner” called back and was terrible from the first part of the conversation. He was speaking “at me” instead of “to me”. When I asked him what the job entailed and a round about estimate he rudely began to insult me. His specific words were “if these prices don’t work for you don’t waste your time or mine”. I was on the phone with my mouth dropped at his disastrous customer service. I informed him that there would be no way that I would ever use a company that speaks to their customers like that and to expect a review shortly to warn other people. I am baffled of the positive reviews and I honestly called because of the many positive reviews. I couldn’t believe how rude he was. You should pride yourself in the company you’ve built and treat potential customers with respect. It was very clear he could care less and because of that he will not get my $15,000 that he rudely insulted me about.

Will and Marze have been to my apartment several times and it’s always a wonderful experience. They are both friendly, honest and keep the place neat and clean! I highly recommend using Pruzansky and asking for these two! Great experience as always :)

I have been using Pruzansky services now for 17 years. They have been very good and professional every time. In comparison to other plumbing companies we had to use BEFORE we finally found Pruzansky, they are readonable.

Had some plumbing issues, called Pruzansky to help fix the problem. Due to a midweek holiday, they (understandably) couldn't help until the next business day. They called that morning and said they'd come.

They didn't.

I called THEM the next day and they said they'd come — they called late that evening after my building doesn't allow noise and decided they'd come the next day.

They didn't.

3 days, 3 promises, no results. Maybe they're great at plumbing — I'll never know.

Hello neighbors,
So, I never, ever post reviews but I feel is my civic duty to let my neighbors know about this shady company. I called them last Friday to fix a radiator that had been making banging noises. Upon arrival they said they could fix it for $250.00, that they would place wood shims to better pitch the radiator, and that they would also replace the release water valve. I agreed because the banging was driving me crazy and I figure they were reputable. Before leaving they told me that they had done their "best" to eliminate the banging but that the problem was the pipes were not property pitched. I wondered why they did not tell me this to begin with? However, they said that with what they had done I would not have any more issues. When I got home I saw that the wood shims they had used were 1" high off the floor, so not only did it look horrible in my living room, the radiator cover no longer fit. In addition, the following day, 1/2 a bucket of water was release from the vent they had replaced the day before!!

I immediate called them and they promised to be back on Monday. On Monday they did no come. A worker called me at 7 a.m., on Tuesday saying he was on his way to my house. Upon arrival the worker said to me: "the problem is the pipe and to replace it will cost you between $500-700 !! I was shocked! I then asked him to take into account that just the previous Friday I had paid $250 basically for nothing. The guy said that the $250 I had paid were a "service call" because my radiator did not have any heat! I was shocked, now this worker was calling me a lier. Never mind that I had the receipt where they explain what they did and why they were there.

To make this short, I told them to leave. I then call the company to complain about this issue, and I was told that someone would be following up with me. That was on Monday, Feb. 18th, and no one has called me.

So, to end I am out $250 dollars and I have a radiator that is ridiculously high from the floor and which releases tons of water! Oh and yes! still banging!!!

For whatever is worth, stay away from this company!

We called and asked if they can install the ice maker for our new refrigerator,they came right over and said they don’t install ice makers , charged us $160.00 service charge. They charged us the same service charge two days earlier to check out a leak under the sink. The plumber tighten a bolt on the trap and left. The leak has stopped but to pay $320 for these two callswhen he wasn’t in the house for 1/2 hr. total for both calls. When we called to complain Al said it takes money to run a business. Not very nice. I have notified our community manager to add another plumber to the approved vendor list.

We have used Pruzansky when needed for decades. Not the cheapest option in the area, but all the work has been done well, or, in the case of "one broken pipe leading to another", made right immediately. We enjoy working with a family run business.
