Pruzansky Plumbing

One of the best home services experiences we've had to-date. Called around 9:30am for same-day service and was answered immediately and given an appointment for same day. Office agent on the phone called back to identify potential issues ahead of time in order to avoid delays later in the day. Pricing is fair and given the higher level of customer service provided this works out to the customer's advantage. Service was completed within timeframe promised and the solution was very simple and billing as indicated up front.

This is the best plumbing service in Hoboken:

1.) We had a broken hot water heater spewing water and causing damage on a weekend and Pruzanski Plumbing came right away [reliable]. Second, the issue was fixed on the spot with no need to wait for parts or have to go without water. It was obvious that their professionals are trained and experienced, and the best reassurance was that the company guarantees their work.

2.) Pruzanski Plumbing schedules accordingly and does not leave you hanging all day waiting around for your appointment

Our AC was not working with a 96 degree looming. Everyone at Pruzansky was so helpful and they found a way to come immediately to look at the issue. It was fixed right away and I’m happy to report we have working AC again! I will definitely use them again.

The best NJ plumber and HVAC company. We've used Pruzansky Plumbing since we moved to Franklin Lakes, NJ three years ago and have recommended them to our friends and family in Wyckoff and Fair Lawn New Jersey. They are always timely, responsive, and priced fairly.

Had them in to fix our hot water heater. It's been a year and numerous visits and still having the same issues. Then our shower had issues, they tried to make us use a wrench as temporary fix and wanted to come back 4 days later. I told them it was unacceptable and they had a handle within the hour. Still the valve needs to be fixed, but with their poor workmanship, I'd rather use someone else. It's funny that the first 5-star review is by a Pruzansky. Doubt it's a coincidence.

Ed who did my gas valve replacement was super knowledgeable and friendly. He called ahead, arrived on time did a nice job (my oven now fits snugly against the wall). He was also very neat about his work. Two thumbs up!

I called Pruzansky plumbing because of a problem I was having with a bathroom faucet. Walter came the next day and immediately identified the problem as a mineral buildup and advised me that I should have a lifetime warrantee on that faucet which I never knew! As he advised, I called the manufacturer and they confirmed that I do have lifetime warrantee and they sent me a brand new faucet! As soon as I received it I called Pruzansky plumbing back and Walter came right away and installed the new faucet. While he was here I mentioned that the barhtub was taking a long time to drain and he took care of this too. I believe that this saved me so much money and he did a great job! Their customer service is excellent and I highly recommend!

Worked with Marvin who was great. Amazing professional plumber. Worked on multiple issues with the Prv and shower cartridge in my condo and fixed it perfectly.

I recently used this service for a repair of our heating system. The service tech was on time, knowledgable, and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem, acquired the part, fixed the issue and then cleaned up after the job. I would use this service in the future and recommend it to others.
