Needed to replace a hot water heater. Was recommended by someone to use them.

They were fantastic , they were not the lowest price or the highest. They gave me a very fair price and at the end of the day did not nickel and dime you for extras ! Which is the most important part they also came the next day to replace the tank , as the old one was starting to leak. Can’t say enough good things ! Ed and Willy were amazing and super clean.

I have relied upon Pruzansky Plumbing for years. We recently had an issue with particles in our water which ended up being a water heater problem. Pruzansky identified the issue in minutes and had the problem corrected in an hour. Once again Pruzansky lived up to its reputation of providing excellent and efficient service.

We originally had them visit our home to remove a lacrosse ball that our son stuffed down the toilet. My wife was expecting our second child the very next day and Pruzansky came first thing in the morning. They recently visited our house to service our boiler and fix a toe kick heater in the kitchen. Another plumber gave us an estimate to completely remove the toe kick heater but Pruzansky took the time to investigate every facet of the heater b4 suggesting a new unit.....they noticed it was terribly clogged and certain parts needed replacement....not a complete overhaul. I appreciated their honesty, hard work and ability to successfully complete the job....Mitch is a great guy and the people in the office have accommodated us like we are family.

I've been a client for more than 5 years; regular maintenance for the HVAC and a few shower, toilet, faucet, and stove installations. I find the technicians thorough both in their diagnosis of the problem(s) and their repair. Costs are reasonable and appropriate. And local. Highly recommend.

Excellent Service - they called back right away to let us know that they were coming. They installed the toilet quickly and fixed the leaks.

Pruzansky Plumbing is the best! Not only were they thorough, clean, and clear with what they were doing (explaining to me every step of the way,) but most importantly, they were there when I needed them to be. They came and did some routine maintenance which cleared up all and any problems I was having with my HVAC units. But on a different day, during a storm, they were there right away when I needed them most. Even helping with things a plumber shouldn’t be helping with - but did it out of the kindness of their hearts. Can’t say enough good about their workers and services.
