Pruzansky Plumbing

driving down the shoulder on 440 is dangerous. the van had a 9 on the back. I understand no one likes traffic but not cool.

I have used Pzuzansky 4 times in the past 5 years - a leaky pipe in a wall, a boiler pipe repair, and boiler maintenance. First, leaky pipe: called in AM, 2 plumbers arrived in afternoon, quick diagnosis and fix of a small "sprayer" leak. Repeat experience on boiler pipe fix. Used them for boiler maintenance, easy to schedule, arrived on time, explained everything to me in non-technical terms. Maybe not the cheapest around but quality of service is worth every $.

My heating unit stop working during the night , called in the morning Pruzansky plumbing came in 1hour, found problem, fixed unit, very experienced, profesional. Thank you Pruzansky plumbing

We are all very impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of Pruzansky Plumbing. They always go out of their way to explain the trouble shooting steps they would take to identify the issue. They came out after hours and replaced out hot water heated in a pinch. They also worked on our commercial building and helped us identify multiple issues in our building. They notified us of the technician’s arrival and are very courteous. Highly unprofessional and overpriced waste of time and money.

If you want to pay money for no service this is the company. They'll charge you $175 to come out and do no work.

For only $175 per visit of 15 minutes, no job done, if they do anything at all, gossiped about to outside non related sources to the job, you will be later on yelled at, talked down to, you'll be stuck at home waiting for an appointment they never scheduled.

Pay attention to their negative reviews all over the web, there's a reason for that.

I've used Pruzansky Plumbing several times over the last few years, and have nothing but great feedback to share. The staff are always professional, communicative, and timely and have explained to me the underlying issues and processes for any plumbing fixes. I had a new toilet installed five years ago that was efficiently put in and still works perfectly, and they've helped me clean/snake a drain line to avoid a potential clog with my shower drain (thank you Gavi!). Prices have gone up a bit over the last few years, most likely due to the pandemic, but I still find their services to be fairly priced, especially given the quality and level of service that I've received.
