This is a company that has a history of shady practices. They overcharge, refuse to give out quotes so you have to pay their expensive 'service fee,' send out new technicians to fix recurring problems - the left hand never knows what the rights doing. Avoid this plumbing company like the plague and go elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

I wish i could have zero star option. We asked three things to be fixed but they were able to handle just one of them and asking for full payment in ridiculously high rate. We left complaint to the customer service after the technician's visit, which was obviously ignored and never been followed up. No internal communication within their office, horrible customer service and collection manager who does not listen to the customer at all. You better avoid this people.

I used these plumbers to fix a leak (toilet). They were professional, efficient, neat and fixed my toilet. I highly recommend them!

I would recommend this plumber. They’re phone is answered immediately, they were able to send somebody with in a couple of days, he was very knowledgeable and fast and was able to take a credit card on the spot. Possibly more expensive than a one man show, but very professional.

Based on the way the company trucks drive with no regard or courtesy for other people on the road, I am agine their work ethic to be just the same. I just followed the truck nearly 2 miles at literally less than 15 mph during rush hour on a Friday. They weren't looking for an address they weren't going to a job and confused, they were giggling as if they were deliberately holding back a mile of traffic while they were dropping off an employee in Passaic...at a bar!
Search around elsewhere 1st so you know the type of person that's at least coming to your house. And as for the employees, start driving like there is other people on the road
