Technician was punctual both for the original appointment as well as this follow up repair work. He explained what was being done and why. It was completed within the estimate of how long it would take. He took care to wear boots when in the house.

They came in on time and fixed AC, it's great but they charged for service / labor but double charged for the part and explained me they always double charged to cover their office operation cost. does it make sense?
