Park place Cherry Hill NJ so I had the owner out after I approached his worker doing a neighbor's unit, Sam didn't hestitate he gave me a date and time not only did he show up on time not only was he respectful, honest, and extremely professional he was with the best "bed side manner' he not only told me what the problem was he DID NOT RIP me OFF which after five others told me the only other thing that could be done was to get a whole new untit that would cost a min of $7,000 which I just purchased this condo and I just don't have that money. He fix the issue which was that the condenser was not getting power but the thermostat was I needed a freon charge and a heat pump switch not only did he rectified all issues but he reasonably priced the job and charge accordingly.
