Their representative came on Friday to check out our current AC which was over 10 years old. He offered to service it but after consulting with him, I decided to replace with a new unit. He gave me a great price both for cleaning our existing ducts and installing an entire new HVAC system.

I wanted to get a mini split installed in my sunroom and basement. I talked to about half a dozen HVAC companies and they all said said installing a ceiling unit was impossible with the sunroom. I didn’t want to put a floor unit it because it would be a large bulky item that didn’t go well with the height of the windows.

Without me even asking, Chris is the one that said a ceiling unit would be the best given our sunroom and said it was totally possible. It made me realize everyone else wanted to to charge roughly the same price but do the laziest job. Lincoln mechanical did it the way I wanted without me even asking. They were slightly more $$ but it was worth it for the small construction job they did. They also installed the electrical too where other companies said they wouldn’t.

The team that came to my house we’re on time, clean, and professional. I will certainly use them again.
