I called Robert today in the morning my AC condenser wasn't working he was able to come same day in the afternoon. Once he arrived he knew it was the motor, he had the motor in his work van (which was very organized) and told me the price up front for the diagnose, motor, work and once i agreed he got to work and got me up and running same day which is great having a 2 year old at home and a heat wave coming next week. I feel relieved, satisfy and a weight off my shoulders. Also happy that i FINALLY came across a knowledgeable ( THIS GUY KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING!!!) and professional company that i can use moving forward (I've tried 3 others smh) Thank you Robert!!!

I am extremely satisfied with the service of Air Creations. My air conditioning unit suddenly stop working, It was covered under the PSE&G worry free contract. Needless to say PSE&G condemned my unit and wrote me a repair ticket for $6,400.00 . I begin to google HVAC companies in the area and the first I saw was Air Creations. I had a lengthy conversation about my problem and it just felt like a honest businessman was on the line with me. I set up an appointment for a diagnostic and was immediately informed that my unit was not condemned. The technician had my unit repaired in under an hour with minimum cost.

8/10/2020: Frantz came to do the AC maintenance today. He was extremely professional and answered all our questions. He spent the time to help us set the thermostat so the furnace works more efficiently. My sister and I were very pleased! Thanks Frantz and Air Creations. Will definitely continue to have our HVAC maintenance handled by you! 🙂

We used Air Creations several times over the years.
The quality of their work is excellent - they don't cut corners.
I've never been disappointed.

Had the heater go December 21 which was a Thursday before Christmas Weekend (Christmas was on Monday) and the week between Christmas and New Year. The week between Christmas and New Year had below zero temps with wind chill factor.
They came down in the morning and tried to do a work around so we had heat till January with having the fan on at all times. The unit was 45 years old and just died. The work around worked for an hour and then stopped working, unit was shot. There was a strong burning smell in the house like burning metal, so unit was heating up but fan not working. I called them up at 2PM and they were able to come down and remove the old unit and install the new unit in very short notice for Friday. They were off between Christmas and New Year. It would have been very hard to find someone to do this in such a short notice and have heat for Christmas and New Year. Can not say enough nice things about this company. The price was very reasonable and they were able to help get the permits for the inspection. Very easy to reach when I had questions before, during and after the install. Highly recommend this company.

One of their drivers was driving seriously aggressively, tailgating me in a single lane with an 18-wheeler in front of me, and almost sideswiped me when it finally opened to two lanes. This just happened on 287, a few minutes ago. He just took exit 41b. May be decent at his job, but stay away from his silver Dodge Ram on the road.

Seriously I can't thank them enough. Two years in a row we had heat problems, two years in a row they showed up earlier than scheduled and were out before they were even supposed to be here. And they care about their customers, it's really appreciated this day and age. I'll highly recommend them to anyone.
