These guys were great. This was my second time working with Air Creations and both times they did an amazing job. In my new house they replaced an ancient central air system that was pretty much held together with rust and duct tape and got me setup with a new unit that runs so great I can't even tell it's on. I was going through a lot of stuff when the install came and Bob and the guys pretty much did everything they needed to do without having to disturb me and they did an amazing, clean job, quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

After having a really difficult time finding an electrician to do work on our old 1930s home, my husband and I were really skeptical about finding someone who would be willing to help us install split ductless throughout the house because we knew we couldn't put in central air. Curtis and his team are truly professionals, through and through. I'm so grateful to them for taking on our project.

I originally reached out to 5 vendors to get estimates. Of the 5 initial requests, 3 reached back. Within a week, I was able to schedule a free estimate with Curtis's team to discuss what we wanted to do. Initially, we were intimidated about the process because we needed a lot of guidance around what could be possible in our old home. Curtis immediately eased our anxieties. He was professional, very informed, and willing to work with us to make the best deal possible, while being respectful of our space. He wasn't about to go into our rooms changing them to "fit his install", but he was willing to design the project around what would work best for us.

He provided 2 system estimates for us after explaining the difference in hardware units, brands, manufacturers, and price. He was fair, efficient and highly communicative! We felt very informed and comfortable with our 5 zone plan in the house-- 2 big units downstairs and 3 small units for the bedrooms upstairs. They took care of all of the permits and kept us in the loop about the progress. When delays occurred because of permits (town's fault, not theirs), they made the most of their schedule and completed all of the work that they could that didn't require permits. It was a really optimized use of time!

During the installation, Curtis's team was incredibly clean, respectful, and efficient. Further, they were really accommodating and patient with my dog and cat. They were mindful of the space and generally amazing all around!

I can't recommend Curtis's group enough. They're the best of small business with amazing personalized customer service and over 30 years of experience under their belts. They really helped us make our house comfortable right in time for the summer during the busiest time of the year!

After meeting with 4 HVAC contractors, Air Creations was our choice for the installation of a mini-split unit in our family room. Curtis took care of all the permit paper work and when it was time for the installation, the "team" that came to install worked efficiently and professionally. Air Creations installed a one-ton ductless split-system air conditioner / heat pump in the Sun Room in our house in Warren, NJ, in Sept. 2018. They completed the job, including the power wiring, in one day. Very professional job. We ourselves had other commitments, had to be away for a good part of the day, and trusted our house to them. When the job was done they left the work area very neat, and tidied up. We recommend them highly.

Air Creations did a phenomenal job replacing my entire HVAC system. I had done a lot of research on the different HVAC equipment and installation procedures and I calculated load figures beforehand in order to get a good idea as to what I actually needed. I then had about 10 different HVAC contractors come out to my house to design a system and provide an estimate. Air Creations not only had some of the best pricing, especially for the type of equipment you were getting, but they were extremely knowledgeable and aligned with everything I had researched, even teaching me a thing or two in the process. The job was done well and has been working better than I expected over the last few months. I strongly recommend them!

When my 11 year old Trane central air conditioning system stopped working I called the firm I had been using to service it. After two visits and charging me for replacements parts they advised my compressor was bad and I needed an entirely new system.

I called and spoke to the President of Air Creations, Curtis Dick, and asked if they could come take a look at my system, and his partner Bob Tekula came out. Bob took the time to carefully and thoroughly look at my outside unit and after some time and effort diagnosed the real problem. Mice had crewed through (7) seven copper wires causing the electrical system to fail. He repaired the wires and re-charged the system and it is completely operational again.

I have been a client of Air Creations for many years now, and they have NEVER disappointed me in their work and professionalism. They call me when they are on their way, or if some emergency occurs, they let me know so I do not wait all day long. This company is a family run establishment, and I feel as though I know the entire family and crew. They are excellent in diagnosing a problem, work so hard and efficiently, even in the hottest and coldest of days. I am so glad I am a client of theirs!!!! And, for me, one of the most important parts is that they know who I am. When I call, they know my name, my dogs, my house. I have NEVER allowed anyone to come into my home to do work on a unit without me being there. I trust this company so much, that I left them the key outside. When I came home, all the work was completed, the house was cool and I was thrilled. That week was a particularly difficult week where everything was going wrong. And my sister was coming out from Chicago. It was during that hot spell. Well, Air Creations was there, worked ALL day and texted me to know the work was completed and the house was cooling down. All while I was at my retirement dinner after teaching for 40 years!!!! I highly, highly recommend this company for all our heating and cooling needs. I can't thank them enough for helping me during such a trying week. Their prices are reasonable and they are upfront and honest- this is so important in this day and age. Truly love this company and will be staying with them for all my heating an cooling needs.
