Fabio was professional and kind and lovely. He communicated arrival time, explained the issue clearly upon diagnosis of the problem, and was able to replace the broken fan during the same visit. Our unit was still under warranty, and he said his office will facilitate the paperwork for the credit of the part. Would absolutely use them again. He was wonderful.

After calling the team late in the evening, Fabio was able to squeeze us in the next day, on a very busy day for the team. Osvaldo was very professional. They came within the time window and performed their service very quickly. He explained everything and showed me what needed to repaired. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely call them again if I have any other problems with my HVAC. I highly recommend this company. From start to finish they texted me who was coming and even provided a link for what other customers thought of him before he arrived. I would give them six stars if I could.

Fortunately, he came a few hours than expected. Worked efficiently and was courteous. Also, phone service was responsive when I called. Will definitely use again.

Osvaldo was super helpful and thorough and inspected our steam boiler and mini-splits to make sure everything was working properly.

Infinite Comfort did an incredible job of upgrading our old HVAC and furnaces in a house that we purchased. They were punctual, polite, and clearly knew what they were doing. You really can't ask for better service or results - I highly recommend them!

The technician was professional and courteous. He told me everything i needed to know about my system and what repairs need to be done. They worked meticulously to get the job done and i could tell that the tech (Osvaldo) has many years of experience.
