Tom the plumber came out to our building on 3rd st . Found a leak in my neighbors condo coming down on mine pretty quickly . He didn’t charge us to the price we had previously agreed to on the phone and waived the fee and gave us options on the repair as well as dealing with the damage to the ceiling . Very nice man .
